FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 NP has definitely done this to get Stringer in work at 10pm on a Sunday evening. Clever bastard! I can imagine the radio leicester studio now, it'll look like the losers party on election night as the results roll in revealing an unexpected loss. The lights will be on, bunting will be swinging in a cold breeze that moves through the fallen silent room. Stringer will be stood mouth open in silent disbelief as his party hat slides over his face and kazoo hangs Limp, balancing on his dried lower lip. Champagne glasses fizz gently in the background, abandoned, mocking the soured celebration. In the street outside laughing can be heard bouncing of the walls of the narrow streets, rising out of this laughter, a resurrection yet a familier voice and sigle phrase echoes and slowly fills the office, 'ballon heads'. Wonderful imagery, just simply amazing
MooseBreath Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 So I cried genuine tears for no reason? I hope you froze them to make a dagger
hackneyfox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 How can you get something so badly wrong though, you've either been told by a believable source or you haven't. Did they say he'd gone or that it was rumoured? Somebody worried for their job and now keeping quiet?
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Anyone have Pearson to be next city manager at 40/1?
Buzzell Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Is it, she's a right div. I sat in front of her when we played Derby away a couple of years ago when they beat us 2-1. Fvck me it was like a chicken squawking in my ear. Read the tweet. Nugent's wife says she's gutted Pearson is sacked and Albrighton's wife replied with a celebratory tweet. As far as I'm concerned she should count herself lucky that Albrighton is payed a decent amount by us.
AyewJoking Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 They've named one of their children Dollie-Boo. Jesus wept bit OTT, Dollie Boo would have been enough.
RowlattsFox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Does anyone else care whether we are shit with pearson in charge? I just want him to stay to screw sky over.
Foxey id Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Are sky honestly hoping that we just forget the fact they said our manager has been sacked? Of course they are what do you expect??? They say player A is joining club B every transfer window whats the difference, now city are up with the big boys they should start to get used to SKY saying and doing what they want, if you dont like sky **** off back to the championship
bovril Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 bit OTT, Dollie Boo would have been enough. "They're not booing dear, they're singing our daughter's name."
Basingstoke Fox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I love how Sky Sports are trying to pretend that this whole thing hasn't happened.
Guest LCFC_World Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Just forget we said anything is what theyre going to say next
The Year Of The Fox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Excellent move by top. New managt syndrome and 3 points at arsenal on Tuesday I like it
Foxey id Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I love how Sky Sports are trying to pretend that this whole thing hasn't happened. Its what they do
5waller5 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 WOW. Does this ever happen to other clubs???? It seems we have so many things happen to us that just don't happen elsewhere!!!!
Larry_LCFC Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Sky just aren't acknowledging it at all They have completely discredited their own reputation. Muppets
Tielemans63 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I love how Sky Sports are trying to pretend that this whole thing hasn't happened. The article, written by Rob Dorsett himself, was all about how it was no surprise and that the MacArthur incident was the final straw for the owners. It read very much as though RD wasn't shedding any tears over NPs 'sacking'.
st albans fox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 WOW. Does this ever happen to other clubs???? It seems we have so many things happen to us that just don't happen elsewhere!!!! leeds - its hardly a recommendation is it? tbh, this is a farce. there are plenty of responsible folk at the club who will have been phoned as soon as the story broke. if it is bo==ocks then it would have been denied immediately as nonsense. clearly something has happened. i doubt the club will wan to air their dirty laundry in public and neither will sky. we are left with a dead man walking situation which will not help our dire situation.

I don't know, if they take legal action then they can hardly sack him a week later, can they? He really would be with us for the long haul. Unless, of course, the truth is he resigned or it was a mutual dissolution, in which case they could still sue for mis-reporting. We'll see, I think we might be better off letting go now but if we stick with him he'll get my full support. I mean, he's been a very decent boss for us, on balance.
Larry_LCFC Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Wouldn't it be ironic if Rob Dorsett got the sack as a result of this
