tickler28 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 I prefer the Nottingham born manager who abused one idiot and attacks opposition players myself. I'd rather have NO manager than upset One of our own...Pearson is our manager but he is NOT nor ever will be one of our own....Lineker can shit in my bed if he wants
tickler28 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Well said. If Pearson wasn't manager of our club, we could well be playing Portsmouth or Cov this week instead of Arsenal & Villa in the 5th.rd of the cup. With Millionaire owners??? Don't think so somehow
Fox92 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 With Millionaire owners??? Don't think so somehow Sven didn't quite work though did it?
LCFCFOX6190 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 "Leicester are 2 down at Arsenal. Pearson needs to get a grip of his players at halftime." Lineker
Voll Blau Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Saddens me all this sniping. Join the club. Outright depressing.
Grewks Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 You could argue that Pearson actually 'saved' the club twice....before it needed saving. But hey ho.
Unabomber Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Unbelievably disappointing and pathetic from Lineker.
coley1884 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 From what I've seen Lineker initial response was to Pearson's criticism of MOTD's coverage of his altercation with McArthur on Saturday. But in any case he's perfectly entitled to his opinion. I've absolutely no doubt that he has the best interests of the club at heart. I'm personally find it hard to believe that under the circumstances, anything Lineker says makes it harder for the players to operate at the club. If it makes Pearson a bit uncomfortable, then perhaps he needs to be a bit more circumspect in terms of his own comments and the way he conducts himself.
coley1884 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 You could argue that Pearson actually 'saved' the club twice....before it needed saving. But hey ho. I really don't think anyone could seriously argue this could they? What about all the other managers who gained promotion or kept us in the top flight? Did they all save the club too?
ARTY_FOX Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 how very sad to read. There might be no club unless him and others had helped That doesn't give him a rite to be a tosser
BlueSi13 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Legend of the Club. Ambassador. One of spearheads in saving the club from extinction. Or Arrogant bully from Nottingham who abuses his own supporters and attacks opposition players. TOUGH ONE. #PearsonOUT Good question, as a man who would I choose? Well I don't know anybody as yet who has met Lineker and has had a good word to say about him, whereas the complete opposite is the case with Pearson. So for me, Pearson.
Grewks Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 I really don't think anyone could seriously argue this could they? What about all the other managers who gained promotion or kept us in the top flight? Did they all save the club too? If we had been in league 1 for a few more seasons......We would of been what Coventry are today.
john doe Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 That doesn't give him a rite to be a tosseryes it does as he is a fan Pearson is just doing a job
Unabomber Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Very sad that Lineker is showing his true colours, his agent and pa people must be very disappointed in him just like all the Leicester fans.
Spanner73 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 **** off Gary. Don't care if you're a legend here. a man who partly saved our football club compared to an arrogant cocky rude man who deserves to be sacked , some people need to look at themselves
ARTY_FOX Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 yes it does as he is a fan Pearson is just doing a job If he was a fan he'd swallow his pride and shut the **** up Especially when it was clear the players are still playing for the manager.....
l444ry Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 The Lineker tweet is a light hearted joke for fooks sake!.
Nalis Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Why all the increased aggro in the past few hours, has he added to his comments? Not on Twitter you see..
BlueSi13 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 If he was a fan he'd swallow his pride and shut the **** up Get Joey Barton to threaten him about revealing his dirty laundry in public again. That shut him up pronto last time.
lgfualol Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 a man who partly saved our football club compared to an arrogant cocky rude man who deserves to be sacked , some people need to look at themselves Yeah, Lineker does.
BlueSi13 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 a man who partly saved our football club compared to an arrogant cocky rude man who deserves to be sacked , some people need to look at themselves Arrogant, cocky and rude are just some of the words I've heard used against Lineker by plenty of people that know him. None of which are ever used to describe Pearson apart from by those that have never met the man.
