sly1 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Some people on here are a disgrace to the city .blue always a blue
shiltz Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 It was the Tim Sherwood show on BBC1, gave em something to talk about as Villa were poor and we were far worse
GingerrrFox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Are you ****ing blind? Or just an absolute **** Tell me then genius what he did wrong? I'll tell you what he did right. He repeatedly calmed everybody else down to stop lumping the ball forward and actually pass to their team mates. The only time we actually created and used possession is when it came through him. He switched the ball nicely and didn't lose the ball in the midfield. He made some nice through balls that we didn't capitalise on. When you've got shite like Konchesky and Morgan in this team the last person to criticise is Cambiasso.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 One positive from the game was Kramaric's header, absolute quality and that is what he can offer for us.
tommo1966 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Shocking performance, no desire, no effort, too many players not interested, Mahrez, Schlupp, Simpson ,Konch, how can we afford to carry these players in games... so poor
I blame Wellens Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Yes but we played well against Arsenal. Let's give Pearson another ten games.
Dr The Singh Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 It was the Tim Sherwood show on BBC1, gave em something to talk about as Villa were poor and we were far worse New manager and a win, what a surprise. Villa have been shit for ages, now a new man is in they all have something to prove.......it ****ing works...........
foxfanazer Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Just want next season to hurry up now whatever league we're in
hackneyfox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 most disappointing thing is ..it was a gutless effort. Certainly didn't look as if the players are behind him.
MC Prussian Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Aston Villa 2-1 Leicester Posted at "An exciting game with an exciting ending. Aston Villa started very positively. "Leicester didn't commit enough men forward, but when Villa scored a great goal they had to go forward. They put Leonardo Ulloa on and went 4-4-2 and looked much better. The only question is why they didn't do it earlier. "Aston Villa deserved this and Tim Sherwood will now be looking forward to the next round." Jason Roberts, which game were you actually watching? "Exciting", really? You're having a laugh!

Can only assume that his detractors on here have a very crude and simplistic view of football and if they don't see someone making very overt contributions all the time they assume they must be rubbish.
Jam Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Sitting on the coach waiting to come home. Feeling absolutely gutted. God knows where the subs were. They changed the game at Spurs and I think albrighton would of made a difference. Can't believe it. Shouts of Pearson out coming out. I'm still undecided. But Villa were there for the taking and we just didn't try enough.
Matt Posted 15 February 2015 Author Posted 15 February 2015 Players play shit = **** pearson TBF i've stuck up for him, I acknowledged the players are shit, but back in the summer I thought they'd step up and be decent this season, just as obviously Pearson did, I could not slag him off for that if I had the same opinions, however he chance to change that in January, he didn't do alot, I didn't expect him to sign a whole new team, that'd be stupid, but I expected important, key, improvements and a few decent players, as I said he hardly did anything, didn't really even seem to try to bring players in. I can't support him on this subject anymore.
kingfox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 The whole team was pathetic today, I couldn't give a shit if idiots like Mark_w keep defending him, Pearson proved today how shit he has become, one bloody sub and continues to stick with his favourites. Absolute embarrassment, utter shit.
JAPANFOX1 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 After 37 years supporting city, as a viewer of this forum for at least 15 years, and as a diehard city fan THAT WAS S**T. - Why no urgency at all? - Why a back five against a team who do not score? - Why Kramaric as a CF? - Why Was off? - Why no Albrighton? - Why only one sub? - Why Danny Simpson? - Why so many players over 30? - Why was Mahrez not trying? - Why a 42 year old in goal? - Why Morgan after so many mistakes? Although I like Pearson the above questions should be answered. This is our club and Pearson is just an employee of it..... Sort it out Nigel or get out of my club because you are doing more harm than good !!!!
Buggsteam Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Season over....... No desire or urgency today from the team. Wrong set up and sat back to much and gave Villa to much respect. Poor game and second half was a joke. Why take Was of when Morgan is so poor. Hamer needs to be in goal for the rest of the season. Konch is dreadful and needs to be dropped. Only player that had any drive was James. Why can we play well against Arsenal but so poor against a crap Villa side.

To be fair him and James did OK today.
5waller5 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Yeah, that's the only answer you mouthbreathers seem to be able to give. What's Sousa up to at the moment? We could try changing manager every year until we're top 6 regulars. See how that turns out. I don't think we've tried that before. Yeah that's right .... I'm the mouth breather ...... You however have just watched one of the worst performances you'll ever witness. Whilst the manager stood and did absolutely nothing. You are also watching us getting relegated, and are happy with us being bottom of the league. All as long as we never sack the totally inept idiot that we have in charge. What's that now 2 wins in 20 games?? But of course I'm the mouth breather wanting better.

sly1 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 What was this the Tim sherwood show on the BBC look at me in the stand.
ousefox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Cambiasso was wank - like the rest of the team and the awful managerial decisions.

People have this weird obsession with blaming everything on him. He is actually one of our more consistent performers,Simpson is the shit one, backs off, always out of position and makes stupid decisions.
Viktor Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 My first post ****in discrace the lot of them Pearson go can **** himself.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Players play shit = **** pearson Not that simple, today he has to shoulder plenty of the blame. He made one change, abhorrent management.
