As punishment, I suspect that Top has been ordained as a monk to 'cleanse' himself for the family and lcfc which 'he loved'. The words in quotation marks were used by Vichai on an instagram post, shortly after we lost at Villa.

Anything beyond that is pointless speculation. why are you in such denial about this. he was fired. staff were told. they talked to dorset. the old man overruled the young pup. now he's been sent to monastery for a month to cleanse himself. cockup all round that made us look a laughing stock. nothing to do with sky getting it wrong, despite how much i hate them.

Certainly an interesting take on doing business, but fair play it obviously works for them outside the club.

It's what you choose to believe just like anyone else with a different view on here. It's just as likely (more in my opinion) that they got it right, and he was reinstated later.
