Great Boos Up Posted 25 November 2015 Posted 25 November 2015 Three 'hail marys' ! I lost the faith. I can recall the frustration writing those final sentences. It's not often I read someone to pull out their own old post and comment on their own statement that is now shown to be "off the mark". However, I read this first time round and felt your pain in exactly the same way. I Hadn't even joined FT then. No hail Mary's necessary! I love your passion and have shared your despair and I'm now sharing your delight.
Livid Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 Just recovering from a week in hospital so had to give it a miss. Listened to RL commentary thoroughly depressed. How times change!
Guest LCFC_World Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 Times have changed so much. Do miss Pearsons interviews though...
glenelgfox Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 I was in hospital all of March this year and watched the Hull match on my Samsung Tablet. I recall the nurse coming in at the final whistle and bearing in mind it was around 3.30 am and asking me why I was so glum (other than I had been diagnosed and treated re terminal cancer and given 2 to 4 weeks to live!) and I told her my Football Team had just made me endure the worst game I can recall watching win lose or draw re City. I had that night gone to sleep finally conceding we were going straight back down. Well............8 months later, **** me I'm still here and **** me my beloved team is top of the premier league. So who really knows with life at times but long may it continue!

AKCJ Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 7 points off safety with 10 to play, one of which is against the champions elect. It's over. This post sums it up. Nobody will top our great escape.
Fox92 Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 Fvck me I took my mate to this game, he is a Hull fan, and I cannot describe we were both feeling that day compared to what we were both feeling in May. Literally unbelievable.
walkerleeds Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 Reading this thread, I think people get more excited when we lose than when we win on here
4ever and ever Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 I remember after that game being so angry that I immediately returned my tottenham away ticket, something I had never done before. Then the day of the tottenham game I ended up getting another ticket again and going anyway, we were very good against tottenham that day and extremely unlucky to lose. Not looked back since. Quite remarkable really.
ScouseFox Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 cannot think of one positive for the team, ref, crowd, manager, hull, football at all, life itself. scouse
Corky Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 We'll use this game as a response in a couple of years to the "Where were you when you were shit?" taunts from jealous opponents in our second Champions League season. "We were there, 0-0 v Hull".

Dan Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 I can honestly say I have never seen anything like what's happening at Leicester. Ridiculous.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 November 2015 Posted 26 November 2015 I can honestly say I have never seen anything like what's happening at Leicester. Ridiculous. It is like a dream... bottom of the table, looking like championship football at the end of March and then title winning form since and a striker who has equalled a premier league record, I don't think anyone has managed that.
