desertfox2 Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 He's like a different keeper since he came back. Looking more like his Dad in the way he is making himself a lot bigger. I don't think it can only be time out reflecting and having to up his game. As he's always seemed committed. I wonder if schwarzer has anything to do with it.... If he does we need him to stay as a coach
Foxhateram Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 His distribution is very important to our game play, he can deliver a quick (very long) throw that starts a counter, which is proving effective atm. His long kicks are also important, his kick up to Ulloa last week nearly set up a goal when Ulloa laid it back to Nuge. The other two are let down by their distribution, hamer' kicking was gash and Shwarzers doesn't even manage to clear the half way line half the time. 27 seconds from kaspers kick and today's goal. His distribution wins us points. . Two quality saves today as well, proper reactionary. Almost seaman style. Incredible scenes Jeff.Edit:spelling mistake.

Babylon Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Hamers still our best keeper lol At least the stat twats have fecked off.
Lichfieldfox. Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Good performance today, two great saves, one was amazing Morgan, Schmeichel & King were superb Spot on, plus Huth. Kasper gained us 3 points today.
Charl91 Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Kasper had a fantastic game, but that's no reason to slate Hamer, who has been brilliant almost every time he's been called upon.
Suffolk exile Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I must be watching a different keeper then. It cannot be coincidence that this great run has happened with him in goal - he was worth nearly all 3 points today.
Orange seat Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Thought Heatons save which led to Vardys goal was fantastic but Kaspers save was something else, the ball had already gone past him. Incredible stop.
Izzet is God Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Please...I'm guessing you didn't watch the world cup in 2002 or the Nayim goal in 1995?
foxfanazer Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Back to his very best! That save yesterday is unreal
Guest Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Yet RDL - a defender didn't get the stick on this forum that Schlupp an attacker got for exactly the same mistake.
lgfualol Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 He needs a compilation of his saves lately. I'm sorry for doubting you, Kasper, my starfish overlord.
The God Emperor Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Have had to eat my words. Was a tad annoyed when he walked back into the first team, never thought he looked up to Premiership and had my doubts in the Championship. His performances of late have shown he's up to it, he even comes to collect crosses now!

If he does we need him to stay as a coach I don't know about the Coach thing but I do agree I'll bet Schwazer had a big part to play in Kasper improvement. I'd say he passed on a bit of know how of when to come and when to stay. Also with him standing in the Wings ready to come in lets face it Kasper had to step up his game. I still think that Hamer is a more than decent goalkeeper and I hope he stays.
Ozwin Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Apparently it's pronounced Schmick-kell. Sounds a lot like what I said after his reflex save yesterday.
shen Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Good performance today, two great saves, one was amazing Morgan, Schmeichel & King were superb The save in the first half from Taylor (that corner chance) was pretty good too even if it was straight at him. So make that three very important saves!
filbertway Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 The save in the first half from Taylor (that corner chance) was pretty good too even if it was straight at him. So make that three very important saves! Was it? Pretty sure everyone would be livid of that had of gone in.I suppose you fo have that Danish bias though haha. Only got to appreciate how good the save from Huth was, on match of the day. incredible mixture of reflexes and strength to get back and save that.

Only got to appreciate how good the save from Huth was, on match of the day. incredible mixture of reflexes and strength to get back and save that. It required good positioning and quick reactions. It wasn't as flashy as the one from Ings and Huth, but it was important nonetheless. I don't think I've been too biased this season with regards to Kasper, but I do think he's had a lot of unwarranted stick this season.
Leicester Lass Posted 2 May 2015 Posted 2 May 2015 Good interview with Kasper here. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3064685/Nigel-Pearson-drove-Kasper-Schmeichel-success-Leicester-City-bright-bubbly-style-says-Foxes-goalkeeper.html
