MC Prussian Posted 1 August 2015 Posted 1 August 2015 Can we just get Leroy Fer and be done with it? Neither Aston Villa nor Marseille are in for him, so it's a no.
General Smuts Posted 1 August 2015 Posted 1 August 2015 Seen on SSN transfer centre that Sunderland are looking at Yann M'Vila - would love that. Also just seen that Real Madrid are looking to loan out Lucas Silva. Either/or would be top drawer alternatives to Aranguiz/Inler if both do go south
kingfox Posted 1 August 2015 Posted 1 August 2015 Definitely need to try and get someone like Dembele or Inan, now Aranguiz & Inler have told us to fvck off.
MC Prussian Posted 1 August 2015 Posted 1 August 2015 I've said it before and I'm saying it again. Get Yassine Chikhaoui in and give him two years in the Premier League to rip opposing defences to shreds. The guy's a genius, can score with both feet and possesses a genius ball control. Two hindrances: Zürich will probably hardly ever let him go and from what I've seen, he's a flair player who needs the right kind of motivation. Otherwise, he can be rather lacklustre.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 1 August 2015 Posted 1 August 2015 At this rate of we sign Mavis the tea lady I would be over the moon
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Definitely need to try and get someone like Dembele or Inan, now Aranguiz & Inler have told us to fvck off. Dembele has got To be the guy should we not get Aranguiz which obviously looks very slim right now.

He was courted by the big clubs a couple of seasons ago but not sure how he's been since. If he's still performing, he would be a great signing to snatch from under the nose of our rivals
dylanlegend Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/sunderland-eye-5million-swoop-brazil-6177664 Id take Pato for £5mill. Still only 25 and scored 7 goals in 15 for São Paulo in 2015 so maybe getting back to his best

Alright, forget about that idea. Chikhaoui has just signed with Al-Gharafa in Qatar. So much for his career. Enough money to spend in two lives now, though.
foxfanazer Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 I think we could do with someone like Gylfi Sigurddson now. Obviously we couldn't get him but a proper golascorer who can link the midfield and attack.
Steve Earle Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 2 CMs & a CB please. What's that you say? Ah ok. Good, One CM please. An EC replacement if possible. Thanks for asking.
BlueSi13 Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Though it's exciting to see new faces, I really hope we don't lose that very British character that seemed to serve us so well last season. Seeing the difference in communication, passion and desire between ourselves and a team like Newcastle United with their foreign legion of cheap(ish) imports was dramatic to my eyes.

IsItMuzzy Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Funny how people were moaning about our lack of signings, saying we looked weak and had a lack of depth etc. etc. and now that we've made a couple of signings people have found something new to complain and fret about.
BlueSi13 Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 where you come from has nothing to do with passion or desire Of course it doesn't. But feeling at home does.
Simo86 Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Are we looking for another keeper? Yeah heard we got our eye on a lad called Conrad Logan....one for the future more than anyting
FrankieADZ Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Are we looking for another keeper? if we was, I'd like us to go for the Southend keeper, Daniel Bentley, one of the best keepers outside the premier league imo
MC Prussian Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 if we was, I'd like us to go for the Southend keeper, Daniel Bentley, one of the best keepers outside the premier league imo Or Shrewsbury's Jason Leutwiler. Only conceded 31 goals in 46 games.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 if we was, I'd like us to go for the Southend keeper, Daniel Bentley, one of the best keepers outside the premier league imo Great shout but he needs game time at the moment only a young lad, maybe sign him up & send him back out on loan with an option to recall? Phil Brown won't be no mug though he will get his money's worth! Or Shrewsbury's Jason Leutwiler. Only conceded 31 goals in 46 games. Is Chris Weale no longer Shrewsbury keeper?! lol
