thpike Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 No Cambiasso I assume, not a good sign. There are like what... 5 players in this article? 6? Besides he is out of contract... so he wouldn't report anyway.
Guest Papasmurf Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 His contract has expired, why would he be at training? Isn't Knochesky also out of contract?
goose2010 Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 I am right in thinking that Wasly and Konch's contracts would end today as well?
MiniFox Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Isn't Knochesky also out of contract? Sure he had a clause which gave him a 1 year extension. Or something along those lines.
Guest Papasmurf Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Ergh these pictures are well depressing. They fill me with joy, football will be back soon. I can get back to spending Saturday lunchtimes in the boozer instead of the gym.
HEGGSY Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 I am right in thinking that Wasly and Konch's contracts would end today as well?Nope. Wasyl signed a new deal and so did Konch if I remember correctly.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Is it just me that reckons that none of the players actually seemed to give a ****?
Guest seanfox778 Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 I am right in thinking that Wasly and Konch's contracts would end today as well? Wasly signed a new deal last month I believe.
Mark_w Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Is it just me that reckons that none of the players actually seemed to give a ****? In five or six pictures? Sure. I've both laughed and smiled (not very much) since 7:30 last night and I can assure you I'm f***ing miserable, but if someone had kept a camera on me they could easily make it look like I'm not.
The Doctor Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Wasyl signed a new deal last month and Konch was out of contract next year...

Bloody hell grow up will you, people lost brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers last week in Tunisia and your miserable about a manager being sacked. You must be more of a fan of Pearson than the club so why don't you just support whoever he takes over at instead.
C-man Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Bloody hell grow up will you, people lost brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers last week in Tunisia and your miserable about a manager being sacked. You must be more of a fan of Pearson than the club so why don't you just support whoever he takes over at instead. No offence but that's the worst argument ever. People die in tragic circumstances every day. Of course it's sad for their families and you can feel sympathy and compassion whilst people pissed off for other reasons. It is possible to feel emotions on multiple things simultaneously. Our football club is rightfully an important part of people's lives and Pearson has been a big part of that over the last 7 years. He's twice transformed us from a laughing stock into an LCFC that we could see going places. To have that thrown away because of two men's inability to get on is a very bitter pill to swallow and it's right that people should feel aggrieved.
thpike Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 I can't smile and workout at the same time... could be dangerous.
EnglishOxide Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Does anybody else find it strange that no players have commented on any of this?
elvisfmcfly Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 In five or six pictures? Sure. Surprised you've not committed suicide yet.
thpike Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Does anybody else find it strange that no players have commented on any of this? A little but I'm sure they have been informed. If they do say anything it could be blown out of control more than it already has. I don't think the club would want more issues.
midland_red Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Does anybody else find it strange that no players have commented on any of this? No. They will have all been instructed to say nothing.
FrankieWorthoYaggedMyWife Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 If Cambiasso was there they are not going to show a picture of him before he signs a new deal. I assume he isn't but they fooked up last year showing Kramaric before he had officially been unveiled
Ric Flair Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Ben Hamer is still on the piss in Hawaii, he's becoming the new St Ledger.
BoyJones Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 I am sure players will be extra special careful re social media. Almost certainly there will have been a team briefing prior to fitness assessment. Whats happened has happened, we all move on and follow the team, just takes time to adjust to the situation which must have come as a total shock to all who love the club.
Stevosevic Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Ben Hamer is still on the piss in Hawaii, he's becoming the new St Ledger. I don't blame him.
iamafox Posted 1 July 2015 Posted 1 July 2015 Looking at those pics the body language of the players makes me think the sacking never actually happened.
