The L1 champ earn about 70% in TV right of what the last PL side does. So if you put the money, they'll sell. 10M€ represent 25% of the bugdet of an average side. On the other side, the PL teams being son rich, they won't negociate. Either you meet what they ask, or nothing. For instance, Bournemouth want Gradel, they offer 5€, Saint-Etienne wants 10, and won't bargain.

Could work wonders for us as when we played with a defensive midfielder last season (Hammond) we generally did well. Upgrade on Hammond and it gives us another strategy to use when things arent working. Get him in
