We're not really hearing anything concrete and regurgitating the same old names and rumours. It would be criminal to go into the Sunderland game with King & Drinkwater and only Hammond to cover.

In all seriousness i'm trying not to panic, but the fear is setting in for sure! The core of our side feels so weak. 2 CMs and another CB absolutely essential and we can't wait for last minute transfer window nonsense - our start includes some should-be winnable games.

We're probably around 10-14 days behind everyone else due to finding a new manager. I would assume that we'd be sticking to the targets that have been drawn up over time. It might be that Claudio isn't sure on them and has asked Walsh et al to provide some more targets?
