He does still have a lot to prove but he's got such natural ability it will come. Consistency has been Riyad's biggest downfall in a city shirt but so far 2015 he's looked amazing

I would agree and that is why the TV deal will make it harder for him to be taken from us. Those in and around the top 6 could entice him should they wish, as could top 2/3 teams on the continent but otherwise there is little incentive for him to move beyond prestige or the chance to play in European competition.

I wonder if Mahrez feels more like he has freedom this season because there is added quality around him to make up for if he misses a chance or misses when he should have passed etc.

His ball striking is noticeably better this season, both in crossing and shooting. Good to see.
