MC Prussian Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Isn't he more of a wing back? Yep. So I suppose he can both play in the D as well as up front.
Buce Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Don't want him anywhere near our club. Why? I know nothing about this guy - what's he done?
MPH Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Why? I know nothing about this guy - what's he done? Didnt you see his terrible dancing?
Kitchandro Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 You can tell he likes shit music. Probably listens to capital. Anyway he'd be no more than a squad player, surely.
katieakita Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Why? I know nothing about this guy - what's he done? That dancing is more than enough looks like some sort of attempt at that mauled by a Tiger offering of theirs.
SheppyFox Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 would offer my season ticket to a tramp if we signed this weaponI had to quote this, is just tickled me
RowlattsFox Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 I'd take him for a decent price. Similar to albrighton and has a good cross on him. Depends whether we see him as a right back or winger though. You can't judge him because of a shit dance he did when celebrating promotion.
lgfualol Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 If we have exhausted any other option then bring him in. Else smells like the simpson transfer
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 @RobTannerMerc: #lcfc have enquired about Elmohamady. Quoted 7 mill. Not keen for that money!! Gray or Antonio available for similar
richardsfoxes Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 No thanks, much better players out there for 7M .
katieakita Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 We were linked with him under Pearson I think. More of a Walsh selection than a Ranieri one I'd suspect which is more promising. Not sure how it is promising we have added players to the squad who have a decent argument for a starting 11 place this guy would be nothing more than a squad player and a very crap dancer.
Fox92 Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 £7million Hull are in a position where they don't need to sell though.
HitchinFox Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Elmohamady isn't Premier League standard – but I guess hell do as we only need a backup.
Buce Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 So to summarize: the consensus is that this would be a bad move because he's an outrageously poor dancer? Maybe the scouting team should be looking at YouTube videos of 'Strictly Come Dancing' to identify targets..
Will1981 Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 he is a solid defender and a good crosser, Hull's defence was good last season they went down because they couldn't score.
Ozwin Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Elmohamady isn't Premier League standard – but I guess hell do as we only need a backup. No, we need a right back who can actually defend in a 4-4-2.
cullenfox Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Don't think we should go for him. Never thought much of him. I'd rather look elsewhere.
Will1981 Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 he performed much better than our full-backs/wing-backs last season http://www.squawka.com/comparison-matrix#premier_league/2014/2015/ritchie_de_laet/165/126/10682/0/p|premier_league/2014/2015/danny_simpson/165/126/610/315/p|premier_league/2014/2015/ahmed_elmohamady/126/126/791/170/p|premier_league/2014/2015/jeffrey_schlupp/165/126/10707/0/p|premier_league/2014/2015/paul_konchesky/126/126/10684/0/p#key_passes/assists/chances_created/tackles_won/pass_completion/total_duels_%/defensive_errors/interceptions#90
