Grow a pair you melons I sort of understand it for Roma and Lazio for example, because that rivalry is far more than football. There are so many cultural and political elements to that rivalry. If they don't, they are just idiots. From the content on social media, I think the latter will apply. Why the term "ultras" gets banded around in England is beyond me. No such thing exists here, and I very much doubt it ever will do. So cringey seeing people trying to be something you're not. Ultras code my arse.

For you football is just sport, for ultras football/club is a way of life. Quite suprised by these HF wannabe ultras to be honest, this is another level of 'dedication' to their club. One of 'rules' is to defend your colours (banners, scarfs) no matter what. At the same time, like Bilo said, capturing flags on the continent is a major coup and requires serious risks being taken, 'in battle'. As HF pretend to be real ultras, they broken rules by stealing flags unattended. Another 'rule' is no calling officials/police on opposing fans, so reporting them to the club/OB will show 'whole world' that Union FS is not serious, real ultra firm. The problem lies here: UFS is not ultra group, just a group of fans committed to improving the match atmosphere home and away. This must be and will be sorted unofficial. No Leicester fans are calling themselves ultras though. So who cares?
