Blue will Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Will he ever get another opportunity??Kante and Fuchs look the real deal do you think he is too ??
st albans fox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 He will when we have to play a slower tempo (it will happen)
StanSP Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 yeah he'll be needed but it'll be interesting to see what happens when Matty James is back in action too.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Personally think that it may take time but yes at some point! I will relate this thread to the hordes writing off a certain Jamie Vardy!
Clever Fox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 I think he could be on his way in January if we can recover the fee. Despite his reputation he hasn't shown anything worthwhile that he can compete in the Prem. If he wan't to play regularly then he's going to have to move as I cannot see him breaking into the side anytime soon. As already said if MJ comes back as good as before he'll also be in front of Inler. I also think we have enough of young talent in the 21s to cover any need in this area should it arise.
foxfanazer Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 When James gets his fitness back I think he'll find himself as the 5th choice

Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Think you should consider changing your username clever fox.
champselect Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Can't see it unless kante or drinks get injured far to slow on the ball
dedlock Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 He will be involved in December/January with the games against Man U, Chelsea,Liverpool,Man C.
Dan Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 I don't think he will unless Ranieri attempts to change the way we play, which I wouldn't be surprised about going forward.
DB11 Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 He's not even had any glimpses of looking promising, either against lower league opposition or different types of Premier League opposition
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Has he even had 300 minutes on the pitch yet? How you can write someone off after such little game time is beyond me.
UPinCarolina Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 It's clear that he's struggling to adjust to the pace of the Premier League, but he's continued to see success in Europe while playing for country, so it's not like the skills aren't there...
filbertstreet Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Has he even had 300 minutes on the pitch yet? How you can write someone off after such little game time is beyond me. Really? Seems pretty easy. "Matty James has been shit for us so far this season, should sell him."
STUHILL Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Yeh he will get a chance. Drinkwater and Kante will get a suspension or injury at some point. Just hope he is able to adapt to the style we play. He is still a classy player, just struggled so far
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Don't really know what that means? Really? Seems pretty easy. "Matty James has been shit for us so far this season, should sell him."
Vindaloo FOX Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 if Kante and Drinkwater get injured or lose form then yes he will get his chances .
HighPeakFox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 I suspect his mere presence is spurring the current midfield incumbents on
Jimmy Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 he'll get another chance and he'll come good, Matty James may not be the same player, those kind of knee injuries can destroy a player, especially 1 whose game is build around mobility
wokinghamfox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 Havent got a clue as to why we have this player. Was he CR's signing or had we been tracking him for a long while?. I am totally perplexed as to why we signed him. He is slow, opposition players drift past he as if he is invisible, he cant pass other than sideways and having now watched him three times I cant remember a single positive thing that he has done. People say he needs time, i feel he just simply isnt good enough.
Clever Fox Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 He's not even had any glimpses of looking promising, either against lower league opposition or different types of Premier League opposition Exactly my point. I think the premiership is too quick for him. Pretty much the same problem Krameric has. They want time long the Ball which you don't get. Also we have a full squad, someone is going to have to go to make room for anyone coming in.
Thracian Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 You never say "never" but not from anything I've seen.
Thracian Posted 1 November 2015 Posted 1 November 2015 It's clear that he's struggling to adjust to the pace of the Premier League, but he's continued to see success in Europe while playing for country, so it's not like the skills aren't there... it's a pity he can't play for Switzerland every week then because he'll never find that kind of comfort zone in The Premiership. People keep talking about him "adjusting" to the pace but the weeks go by and I see no signs of it. Fuchs and Kante seemed to have adjusted quickly enough and even Benny and Shinji to a great extent. .
