Freesolo Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 I wonder what us bias Leicester fans think Jamie Vardy is Worth, Looking at it he is 29 on fire and I think he is worth somewhere in the upper teens £18m
Wymsey Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 £15-£20m. If he was a couple of years younger, double that.
AKCJ Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 15-20m But he's worth more to us than that which is why he won't leave.
Buggsteam Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 Priceless to us.. But in the current market is say about 18m
Guest kristianity77 Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 In terms of figures its probably 15-20. But in terms of actual value to us at the moment and the way we play, you can't put a price on him.
Freesolo Posted 5 November 2015 Author Posted 5 November 2015 £22,400,672.75p Banterville do you do stand up?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 to us about 30 million, with age and everything considered I think his true value is somewhere around 8-10 million.
Babylon Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 To us £20-25m, to others considering his age £10-15m
Stadt Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 Look at the market, QPR wanted upwards of £15m and they'd been relegated for Austin, Vardy doesn't want to leave, we want to keep him and we don't need the money especially with the new tv deal coming in next season. If you want to buy him (not what he's actually worth) he's going to cost you about £40 million and nobody is going to pay that.
Freesolo Posted 5 November 2015 Author Posted 5 November 2015 He has no real sell on value so i think that lowers his value a lot.
johnny the fox Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 I can't be honest..i'm a compulsive liar...i would let him go on a free ...in 2021..
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 He's vital to us and the way we play. I'd say 15-20m but that could continue to rise and rise.
Freesolo Posted 5 November 2015 Author Posted 5 November 2015 I think if he continues to play welll scores 25 goals by the end of the season he might be worth £25 to £30 but as of now....... Nah..
Andrelton Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 I think it'd depend on his form in the 5-6 games heading into Jan/summer if anyone's to offer massive money, if he kept this up it's 20+, probly 15-17 regardless, as he'll have a pretty goals number no matter how the rest of the season plays out. ...he's priceless to us though, at least this year if we want to keep looking like a club that could make it to Europe.
Bayfox Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 Votes 20-25 as that's what he is worth to us. This is gonna be the issue if teams are gonna come in for him, his age goes against him, his pace will go eventually. So who is gonna pay big money for him when taking that into account. I can't see anyone offering more than 15 million and then why would we sell, his goals are more important at the minute. So unless he says he wants to go. Why sell.
Guest ttfn Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 With the new TV deal our perception of what a fair price is, particularly in transfers between Premier League clubs, is going to change markedly. Look at the John Stones non-transfer. Everton turned down £40m for a gaffe-prone 21 year old with about 5 England caps and less than 100 Premier League appearances. That's just £5 million less than the highest amount ever our for a centre back anywhere in the world. And they said no. The only way Vardy is leaving is if he forces it. We need him more than we need the money.
whoareyaaa Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 At this current moment £25-£30m without question.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 5 November 2015 Posted 5 November 2015 To us, an easy £30m plus as it'd be impossible to replace him for any less If I were to look at it from a mutual standpoint I'd probably say realistically £20m would be a good deal, but in the current market £30m wouldn't seem a too steep. Even when he has a bad game, he can still run defences ragged - he is always useful. Plays through injuries, wins penalties, wins countless throws and corners when you'd bet your house on him not even reaching the ball in time. Oh and he scores all the bloody time, that's quite a valuable attribute for a striker. I think he's got years left, and will make a one-of-a-kind coach when he hangs his boots up. Love the guy
Freesolo Posted 5 November 2015 Author Posted 5 November 2015 Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I am surprised at some of the valuations, I don't think its possible to make a unbiased decision for some
