Nalis Posted 19 December 2015 Posted 19 December 2015 I went for 11 from 18, shouldn't have been so conservative seeing as we have 10 from 12 so far....
Babylon Posted 19 December 2015 Posted 19 December 2015 Shout out to everyone who thought we'd be lucky to reach eight or so in thisCome on, hardly negative to suggest that when we were playing those teams! What we're doing is ludicrous.
Foxymcoxy Posted 19 December 2015 Posted 19 December 2015 I went for 11 from 18, shouldn't have been so conservative seeing as we have 10 from 12 so far....11 from 18 would still be alright tbh. Always hoping for more though.
Corky Posted 19 December 2015 Posted 19 December 2015 Come on, hardly negative to suggest that when we were playing those teams! What we're doing is ludicrous. I just hope we get the credit for ruthlessly dealing with the likes of West Brom, Newcastle and Norwich that others around us aren't doing at all.
The Doctor Posted 19 December 2015 Posted 19 December 2015 Come on, hardly negative to suggest that when we were playing those teams! What we're doing is ludicrous. Going by name it'd have been fair, but none of them had really threatened doing anything so far this season.
NewEnglandFox Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Only 11 points. Only off the top of the league by goals.
Steven Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Bournemouth is a must win... ... every game is a must win.
steveherbe Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Bournemouth is a must win... It is for those of us who live on the South coast - and for those that live in Bournemouth, it is nothing short of crucial.
foxfanazer Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 Predicting 10. 9 points from the next 3 and a draw against City at homeclose
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 29 December 2015 Posted 29 December 2015 United: draw. 1-0 down, Vardy to strike at 90 mins to break the record! Swansea: win. They're not the team they were last season Chelsea: win. We're overdue a win over these and they're having a terrible run. Scraping a win against Norwich doesn't change that Everton: win. Think we might need luck on our side, they look revitalised Liverpool: draw. Another come-back-from-2-0-down special Man City: lose. Bounce back in the new year! 11 points. 3rd on January 1st Well nearly called it
kushiro Posted 30 December 2015 Posted 30 December 2015 Well nearly called it That is impressive. Fancy trying the next six? Bournemouth (h) Tottenham (a) Villa (a) Stoke (h) Liverpool (h) Man. City (a)
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 30 December 2015 Posted 30 December 2015 Bournemouth - Win. Emphatic win! Spurs - Draw. Hate them. Villa - Win. Stoke - Win. Liverpool - Draw. Man City - Lose. Another 11 points, think big wins against Bournemouth and Villa will see our goal difference up, but a loss to Man City will see them overtake us... Then we beat Arsenal the following week and go top again
foxes_rule1978 Posted 30 December 2015 Posted 30 December 2015 11 points from the so called tough six games... I think we are in the title race and tonight we proved it, we played very well against a quality side.
Thracian Posted 30 December 2015 Posted 30 December 2015 I really see no point in getting ahead of ourselves. We'll need to do just as well in the second half of the season to take the title - and bloody well even to get into Europe and we have to presume all our opponents will improve their squads in the transfer window. So much depends on the choices we make. We've helped ourselves by becoming a far better known and more attractive option than we were in August but the need now is to get more signings in the same ability/influence bracket as Kante, Vardy or ****s and a few less makeweights.
