Expense/Not being attractive enough/Staff still here. A bit of all 3 of those I think. Personally think he'll go and reform Villa in the Championship next season.

He's already said he wont leave if they get relegated..

They would surely get a job at a league 1 or league 2 side but they don't have the motivation as they all live off there past glories.

Certainly not the worst manager I've seen, he was linked to Newcastle following there relegation back in 2009 and he was apparently very close to joining, but the deal for some reason fell apart.
