Benji Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 They need to be of similar size for the matchday squad picture - otherwise, the social media team would have to zoom out quite considerably. Three wingers on the bench - a bit much, no? I guess you'd ask who has missed out from the bench? Chilwell is covered by Schlupp who also adds a left mid option if we need an injection of pace. The rest are pretty regular bench players.
Devonfox1884 Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Norwich Team: Ruddy; Bennett, Martin ©, Klose; Pinto, Tettey, Howson, Brady; Redmond, Naismith, Jerome Cheers.
FireFox Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Jesus. Give the lad a chance! You're hilarious.Just being honest! I am worried about such a big unknown. I'll give him a chance, and if he does properly at RB I'll give him a chance in a different position too.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Just being honest! I am worried about such a big unknown. I'll give him a chance, and if he does properly at RB I'll give him a chance in a different position too. If you were to choose any game to give a guy a debut... It'd be a home one, after having a week to prepare. And with all due respect to Norwich, they're the sort of opposition you'd choose as well.
Will1981 Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Norwich Team: Ruddy; Bennett, Martin ©, Klose; Pinto, Tettey, Howson, Brady; Redmond, Naismith, Jerome looks like 4-2-3-1 to me.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 This is exciting, I'm excited Can't wait to Amartey, great to see Schlupp has finally recovered too. Come on!
AKCJ Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Hope that Amartey plays well. But if he does not then I hope he's not crucified.
MC Prussian Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Just being honest! I am worried about such a big unknown. I'll give him a chance, and if he does properly at RB I'll give him a chance in a different position too. Well, the Danish Superliga or the Swedish Allsvenskan may not be the most prestigious leagues in the world, but let's remember that not so long ago, we had signed a certain Jamie Vardy from a non-league outfit and an unknown Algerian winger from Ligue 2. Also, Amartey comes with a dozen of games in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, so I have faith. Let's see how he does in his not-natural position, then slate him later (if applicable).
FireFox Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 If you were to choose any game to give a guy a debut... It'd be a home one, after having a week to prepare. And with all due respect to Norwich, they're the sort of opposition you'd choose as well.True.. still worried though!looks like 4-2-3-1 to me.That's from their official Twitter. Unless they are using the semicolons to mislead us, it's 3-4-3.
st albans fox Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 We could also revert to 3-5-2 to match up with them if they play that way and its a problem tactically
J.Lisemore Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Norwich Team: Ruddy; Bennett, Martin ©, Klose; Pinto, Tettey, Howson, Brady; Redmond, Naismith, Jerome That defence is gonna be torn apart.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 That defence is gonna be torn apart. Shame they've put Ruddy back in goal however because that Rudd was rubbish (for Premier League standards).
HighPeakFox Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Not saying he should be included, but I really feel for Inler
LanguedocFox Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 That defence is gonna be torn apart. Let's not get too cocky. We need to treat every team with maximum respect, at least for the first 70 minutes or so.
Larry_LCFC Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 As expected really. The unknown of Amerty does make me nervous. Hopefully not a weak link. Let's smash them.
Will1981 Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 We could also revert to 3-5-2 to match up with them if they play that way and its a problem tactically like the look of that if needed Schmeichel Amartey - Huth - Morgan Albrighton - Drinky - Kante - Fuchs Mahrez Vardy - Okazaki.
LanguedocFox Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 It's amazing that Amartey for Simpson is the first change to the starting eleven for seven league games. It only seems like a couple of months since we had a different team every bloody week.
weller54 Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 More nervous than ever about this game... Why?.. They're shite!!!!!
lgfualol Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Hope that Amartey plays well. But if he does not then I hope he's not crucified. "Bet it woz bleddy ranieri. Leave walsheh to it!"
Larry_LCFC Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 More nervous than ever about this game... Why?.. They're shite!!!!! Banana skin!
filbertway Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 When was the last time Dyer started? I reckon it's his body, replaced with Amartey's head. Haha! I'm happy to consider that as a theory to be fair. As long as it's only a photoshop and not a diabolical move by out sports science team. He'd just be weighed down by Amartey's monster head.
J.Lisemore Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Let's not get too cocky. We need to treat every team with maximum respect, at least for the first 70 minutes or so. That defence is borderline Aston Villa. We'll do well to not win today. Thats not me being cocky, that's just me outlining the capabilty of our players and style of play.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 27 February 2016 Posted 27 February 2016 Come on Leicester!!!!!! Let's do this Let's win the game Up the Foxes
