stripeyfox Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 It is testament to our owners that even if the vastly richer Sultan of Brunei wanted to get involved, I'd rather stick with what we have
AKCJ Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Plenty of assumptions in this thread. Perhaps we've signed him because he's half decent at football?
Foxxed Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Looks like he's got an uphill struggle with assumptions regarding his heritage. Hope he's decent and can overcome!
sylofox Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 This went through quick was told Sunday lunch we were looking at 2. Expected the movement in the summer though.
Saxondale Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Well, at least it's unlikely he'd be just in it for the money.
Claridge Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 I'm fairly sure the family has, or had, a property interest in Leicestershire. Might be mistaken though and it's a while since it was mentioned, so I won't say more. Stapleford park
Great Boos Up Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Somebody advise the Sultan, that his son would play much better alongside Messi.
GaelicFox Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Think Kingpower has impending projects in Brunei If giving the kid a shot helps the parent company then that's cool with me Somebody advise the Sultan, that his son would play much better alongside Messi. It's not his son , and what harm is it being a ball boy
Collymore Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 You seen the lad's car? You don't get one of them from playing for the U19s!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Will he be the next Sultan of Brunei? That would be a feather in our caps.
Rincewind Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Just seen this in a LTID post on Facebook. Will he play for nothing? One for the future anyway. But would the club tell him he is not wanted if he turns out to be crap?
Carl the Llama Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Why does there always have to be some ulterior motive conspiracy theory? At his age it's probably one for the future and we won't actually see him play much for a year or two.
Great Boos Up Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 It's not his son , OK he's the nephew, but his dad has a harem ! End of season trip planned for the lads. What could possibly go wrong.
Rushden fox Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 2+2= 5 ? We all live in a blue and white yacht, a blue and white yacht, a blue and white yacht
GaelicFox Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 OK he's the nephew, but his dad has a harem ! End of season trip planned for the lads. What could possibly go wrong. Hopper will be resigned for the rimming session
erlee Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Great news !! .... who is he ? represented brunei... and his name...? Sounds like he is Royalty to me. Royalty money from Oil rich sheikh? sounds like a prima donna for me.

lgfualol Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 The more highly rated academy signings the better. Need to get rid of some deadwood in there and replace them with younger better people now we can attract them. Already got the Shinji 'signed to sell shirts' treatment, albeit this one is business reasons or something. I hope he does well.
Lestoh Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 "Daddy have a word with ya bro I wanna play for that new team in England"
Dan Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 A Brunei international though. This club just does not stop giving. Brunei!!!!
BigMicky Posted 16 March 2016 Posted 16 March 2016 His uncle is the 4th richest royal in the world and would feature in the top 25 most wealthy on the planet. Can't really see any negatives here....
Guest Mee-9 Posted 16 March 2016 Posted 16 March 2016 Anyone else stood in their living room dressed up as Russell Crowe in Gladiator, whilst the missus is dressed up as someone from The Bill? Bloody Micky Pearce.
Rincewind Posted 16 March 2016 Posted 16 March 2016 The Royal families offspring males most likely all are in the national team if the Sultan says so.
