Phube Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Jamie just stuttered before saying 'Win the league' they're beginning to believe!
charlie.bear Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 That was awful to watch and I'm not talking about the quality of the football. Everyone is still banging on about us loosing our best players at the end of the season, but once we bought the new boys on, Amartey and Grey, I thought we looked fantastic. If that is what we look like if we loose some players, I'm pretty excited. Now United do us a favor.
EGBFitness Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Not a great game to watch in all honesty but those 3 points are MASSIVE!! Hoping United can do us a massive favour now against the spuds. Good all round team performance, Kaspers save was a massive moment for us, Kante motm for me! Everywhere once again! Frustrating first half for Vardy but second half he played on the shoulder and was giving opportunities to run into space. You could tell there was nervousness all game and full time you could see the joy throughout the whole team, ever CR looked emotional - hoping we keep our feet grounded and don't get carried away. Was it just me or did Sunderland players just seem to give in last 10? They seemed to accept defeat?
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Teams are trying to concede possession to us but that isn't working either
bovril Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Jamie just stuttered before saying 'Win the league' they're beginning to believe! I'm sure they go into every game like they're on 0 points.
Foxy_jim Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Incredible. We were beyond shocking today, I think the nerves have got to them big time. Fortunately Sunderland are a disgrace of a football team. Wonderful. Wow. If beyond shocking is hardly ever conceding a goal, scoring nearly every game, and keeping the ball for the last 15 mins in a tough away game then you should be watching a different sport. Next year when we only win a champions league game 1-0 I suppose we still be shite. I cannot believe how anyone can criticise anything about us this season.
Kitchandro Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Thought we were fantastic at seeing the game out. Created chances as well and got the second goal They missed an unbelievable chance don't forget. There was so much space today and we are more than good enough to be banging in 3 or 4 goals against sides like that. I feel our decision making on the ball was really poor. The defence is amazing but it's horribly nervous putting that sort of pressure on them every game. It won't matter if we keep picking up results, but today I think we got away with it and we'll have to play a lot, lot better against West Ham. But as far as today is concerned, job done and that's all that matters.
chrishlcfc Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 You beauty, Can't wait to see Vards again properly if he is going through a crisis in confidence.
allybx Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Well done guy's watching you from afar and I like what I'm seeing!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Carragher was one of the pundits that always doubted us but lately even he has changed his view. Souness is just a muppet and refuses to see what is in front of him
hejammy Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Souness looks like someone's whacked a trout across his face! Hahaha f u Souness
EGBFitness Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Spurs game delayed due to united stuck in traffic likely to be a 5pm kick off IMO They've just watched us get another 3 points and now got to wait around even longer to play
Ozwin Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Spurs game delayed too, more time for them to think about our result. What a result. Today showed the world.
Socks Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 And we won with MORE posession One for the spuds fans
Guest BlueBrett Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Spurs kick off delayed..waiting for deli alli to stop crying perhaps
CFCFAN1 Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Wouldn't listen to what Souness has to say, he put Branislav Ivanovic in his team of the season. He has been one of our worst players this season. Take nothing away from Leicester, you guys deserve it more than anyone. I've even started jumping for joy when you score!
Bryn Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Can I just point out for the second game u a row, the maturity and quality that Demarai Gray demonstrated?
