Captain... Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 It can go either way, they will be fired up knowing they can cut the gap, but they might get desperate if they go behind or don't take the lead early, then mistakes come in.
Robin JD Popley Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Well Harry Kane has posted a picture of some lions looking for prey on his instagram account... He truly is a douche. Please Stoke. Just beat Spurs!
lee7 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 I think tomorrow Spurs will breeze past Stoke. They'll be a few up within 60 minutes. I just get the horrible feeling that they'll catch us, leaving us requiring a win from the Chelsea match.
FireFox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Tottenham simply have to win. Nothing else is good enough now. That is pressure right there. Stoke on a cool, overcast Monday night is not something to relish. I think Stoke will get something from this game. This. A draw for us wasn't a horrible result, now only 8 points from the last 4 needed now - 2 points per game, something we've done better than so far. But for Spurs, a draw would be a horrible result. Stoke also, if they want Europa qualifiers, need a win. Should be a good game. Hopefully in the 94th minute, 1-1, Spurs corner, Lloris goes up for a corner against Poch's commands, Stoke counter and score, Spurs collapse. But... We need 8 points from 4 games. Spurs' results don't matter if we achieve that.
Rincewind Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 I expect they will be concentrating on their own game. More bothered about their game against Chelsea now after their performance yesterday. Spurs know they virtually have to win every game but if we play as we can and have been doing they will run out of catch up games. They have to match then better our results in something like three out of five.
dayday Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Stoke have had a few injuries, so hopefully they get a few back tomorrow, especially that Arnautovic. There has been some ill feeling between Leicester and Stoke over the years, all will be forgotten if they win
RowlattsFox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Im preparing myself for a Spurs win and if they do it's still the same as it was two weeks ago with two less games to go. Then need to win next week.
Guest Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 I can see Spurs going on to win all their remaining fixtures, annoyingly. Still, the gap between a win and draw can be incredibly narrow. Problem is they like to score goals for fun, I can't see too many teams holding them to a nil-nil, or matching them 2-2 or better.
Guest Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Stoke will win 2-1. This is completely unsubstantiated, but I like it. If it comes true I'll buy you a ferarri.
weller54 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 This is completely unsubstantiated, but I like it. If it comes true I'll buy you a ferarri. And I'll chuck in a Maserati!
blueharmie Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Cheers boys. Would be happy with a ford focus to be honest!
Guest Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Cheers boys. Would be happy with a ford focus to be honest! and i'd be happy with 1-0. so that's always an option. a draw and you'll still get at least a yellow astra with minor rust and aftermarket wheels.
johnny the fox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Crouch wants spurs to win the title.. why is it players are trusted to be professional and give their best and refs not? don't say much..
foxinsox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 I can see Spurs going on to win all their remaining fixtures, annoyingly. Still, the gap between a win and draw can be incredibly narrow. Problem is they like to score goals for fun, I can't see too many teams holding them to a nil-nil, or matching them 2-2 or better. I cannot. Chelsea away will always be a tough London Derby, Neither WBA nor Southampton roll over for anyone, and Newcastle away on the last day will be tough if they are still in with a chance of staying up. If they win all 5 games and we only get 5 points from 12 they win the League. Not going to happen.
Dr The Singh Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 They will be bouyed by today's result. They will be hoping to close the gap to 5. Hopefully Stoke can get a minimum point
ARM1968 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 They will be happy we dropped two points but also feeling the pressure that goes with that. Got to win against Stoke now - nothing else will do. Some of them will crack under the strain.
reynard Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Spurs will win all five games. Stoke and Chelsea have pretty much packed up and gone on holiday already. let's hope Chelsea won't be interested against us as I suspect we will need to win that one.
m4DD0gg Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Spurs will win all five games. I doubt that very much
biggs Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Spurs will not win the remaining 5 games. Chelsea hate them and will do them in. Southampton will give them trouble and besides just because they're decent they're still not as good as us this year. I have no fear of this lot. Chill out you worriers

Southampton will give them trouble and besides just because they're decent they're still not as good as us this year. I have no fear of this lot. Chill out you worriers As bad as Newcastle have been, there's also a little chance they may have something to play for on the final day.
Sharpe's Foxes Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 This is the dream situation for them. They could not have wished more than for a Leicester win against west ham taken away and Vardy suspended for 2-3 games.
Fox 4 Life Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I was supremely confident that we would win the title by drawing with West ham and beating Swansea and Everton. Spurs would win 4 and draw with Chelsea however after how they played against man city and hiddink saying he will play youth the rest of the season I am slightly worried! Am I right in saying if we win our 2 home games and draw the 2 away we win it regardless?
