BlueSi13 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Anything but a win on Sunday and we have probably blown it. Cant see spurs losing. Both Swansea City and Everton are absolute must wins now IMO. Failure to win both will probably cost us the title.
st albans fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Dear oh dear - some of the posts on here. Spurs probably have to win their last 7 games to have a chance of winning the title. Seven on the bounce? If they manage that then they deserve their chance. But we need to win on Sunday and take it from there. All this 'hot on our heels'. We are still 2 bad results clear of them. the only time they got within spitting distance of us, they bottled it. Chill out people - Claudio has this covered. He couldn't account for a terrible ref yesterday.
Stevosevic Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Wish people would wake up and realise we've got to do this ourselves. We threw away 2 points yesterday which has made our task harder with the 2 away games we have remaining Spurs look very impressive, let's not dismiss that and their games on paper are easier than ours.
johnny the fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 It's an horrible thought that Jonathan Moss could have just cost us the league title. However we've still got a five point lead with four games to go, Swansea next week in which I'm confident we'll come away with three points. It's that final three that worries, Man U away despite how crap they've been this year a trip to Old Trafford is never easy. Everton are too unpredictable this season and Chelsea away is always hard. I don't think we need to win every game to win the league but we certainly need to find six points or more for the tit This nothing to do with ref ..
fazzyfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I don't know about the Stoke ticket holders but I want a refund, no effort, no challenges, no desire, I hope Hughes is giving them a roasting right ow, pathetic display.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Apparently we are struggling, only 5 wins from 6 and one draw... yep we are struggling
steveherbe Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Spurs were brilliant tonight, credit where its due. Stoke were awful and should be drug tested. Hate to say it but right now I fancy Spuds to win it. Think Moss-gate may have done for us. Oh well, maybe next year
ramboacdc Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 5 points clear at the top and according to our fans and twitter we've just lost the league and got relegated! 5 points clear, 4 to go come on Leicester boys! Make some ****ing noise!
filbertway Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I think that showed the difference between us and Spurs. At 1-0 we'd have retreated to the edge of the box and tried to spoil the game and hope Vardy could capitalise on a mistake. Spurs have just absolutely mullered them there and shown the class they have all over the park. Still think we will do it, Swansea and Everton at home, we couldn't have asked for 2 easier fixtures. Fairly confident we can pick up the 2 points needed from Chelsea and United away. Chin up lads! We're in the driving seat and looking good.
steflcfc Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Got to hand it to Spurs they are playing some decent stuff, they will push us till its mathematically impossible. We need a good performance to show we are showing no signs of nerves etc. We may have had the wins but the performances haven't been great, a little of the edge we had a few months ago seems missing. Time for a few players to step up, with Vardy missing and take their chance...now is the time! Can't afford to carry anyone over the line.
GaelicFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 We will be champions We are the best team in the league over the 34 games played todate We will do it ourselves
phildw Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Strong performance for spurs. This weekend's matches are crucial. Hopefully Chelsea will play with pride Won't do us any good whatever Chelsea do this weekend as Spurts have got a home banker WBA this weekend

Happy Fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I am not worried at all, Spurs are a good team no denying that but so are we! We are capable of beating Manchester United away they are no way near the formidable force they were under Sir Alex. As for Chelsea away they will play the kids and a mixture of first teamers so that is a winnable. Our two home games are winnable as well. There is nothing to worry about, have a w**k over Rachel if you are feeling stressed.
ithuriel Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Said it before and I'll say it again, cant see Spurs winning all their games, only problem is, can we win the games we need?
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Sounds as if Spurs were superb in fairness, tonight against Stoke. Hope we can get a result on Sunday, still not a bad point lead at the top though.

kingpowerout Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Won't do us any good whatever Chelsea do this weekend as Spurts have got a home banker WBA this weekend The same WBA that we thought were a banker!?
RowlattsFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 It's easier to chase they say. Spurs are playing great but it only takes one bad game and they are ****ed. No room for error.

phildw Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 The same WBA that we thought were a banker!? Actually that's a cracking point! Not holding out too much hope though. Let's just hope Spurts get a little bit complacent.
piscass Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Swansea will be OK , plenty of crosses should do them. Everton let's not forget are top six away from home. Man utd awfull on Saturday might fancy a draw. Chelsea are not that good , lack of interest etc. Maybe a draw.
