Raj Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 What a video!!! Presume alot of that was whilst the game was on?
Great Boos Up Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 High street was carnival! A sea of blue bouncing to drums, cowbells, horns and singing. Watched the second half on my iphone at the Queen of Bradgate and just stayed there as half of Leicester and Italy passed me by. It just did not stop. Don't know how to post the full quality vid but here is a snippet
The Year Of The Fox Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Wasn't out at night unfortunately. The scenes around town during the day though are exactly how it'll be on the CL away trips
promised land Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Wasn't out at night unfortunately. The scenes around town during the day though are exactly how it'll be on the CL away trips We can only hope it will be like that, I can't wait for the first trip.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 I'm positive it will be mate. Collar a large square or street and set up shop outside the pubs. Sorted
promised land Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 I'm positive it will be mate. Collar a large square or street and set up shop outside the pubs. Sorted That's probably the key, a large group like the Italians yesterday and it will just go from there, buzzing for it so much.

wokinghamfox Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 The place was bouncing. Was lucky enough to stay in the holiday inn at the KP. Car horns still going at 1am. Brilliant and will stay with me forever.
Mikey Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Yesterday was perfect in so many ways (apart from not actually getting a ticket to the game). The day was still amazing though. City was buzzing all day and night, so so good. Felt like we were abroad because that sort of thing doesn't normally happen in Leicester, especially with the weather!
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Respect to the lad in the mid 90's Walkers shirt near the Highcross pub blasting out the most obscure city chants ever. Danny Cadamateri & Peter Canero got a run out which is incredible in itself.
dylanlegend Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Got train in from Melton at 2, atmosphere pre match outside the ground was brilliant (carnival) the amount of Italians was incredible, town was buzzing. Only down side missed the first half as all pubs showing the game were rammed, ended up in the cutting room at Melton- glad we did had a great time!
stulcfc Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 That was absolutely mental never seen anything like it before and don't think we will again absolutely brilliant this club makes me so proud to be from Leicester, Claudio is a god and the players are profits
NeilLCFC Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 What an amazing night, one that I will never ever ever foget. Every single corner of the city was rocking, just thinking about it still gives me goosebumps!
Rincewind Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 New Walk and King Street was cordoned off today. Some incident occurred. Not the right place to say what. I do not know details. Landlord at the Kings was saying he had to turn a few hundred away. Pub was heaving.

Landlord at the Kings was saying he had to turn a few hundred away. Pub was heaving. Wasn't it a shooting according to the news? Probably not football related, just coinincidence. No trouble at all from what I saw all day, just everyone on a high.
foxes161 Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Wish I went out bit couldn't due to work sounds like a mad night
Max Power Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 It's been said a thousand times but the atmosphere in the city post and pre game was unreal. i've never seen anything like it. Everyone just happy and singing and hugging and climbing and drinking and singing More of the same next Monday?
Ricey Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Genuinely blown away by the atmosphere all day. Even at about 12 around the stadium it was buzzing. Every single car that passed us into town later beeped their horns, it was incredible. Struggled to get in anywhere in town, ended up in Molly O'Grady's with Elvis. How great is it to be out when everyone is in the best mood possible. Most surreal moment was a Roma fan trying to buy my cousins old scarf off him for £10. Crazy. If I'd known I'd bought down all my old Leicester merch, could have made a killing!
