mozartfox Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 The Graveyards of the World are full of irreplaceable people. If JV goes, LCFC move on and we find a younger and more hungrier striker and hopefully someone that that can see the wood for the trees.

Babylon Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 What constitutes 'slating'? Is it pointing out that he made definite statements about staying and what he owed LeicesterHe's made no such statements.
Jimothy Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 He's made no such statements. Didn't he say something at the opening of his academy along the lines of "Leave Leicester? No way. They wanted me when nobody else did, I'm not going anywhere." Might not be word for word but it's close to that.
Innovindil Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 He's made no such statements. Are you blind? Or just retarded early in the morning?

howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Odds on him signing for Arsenal have gone from 1/10 to 4/11. All of a sudden it doesn't sound so certain.
Babylon Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Are you blind? Or just retarded early in the morning?find the quotes then, find them and I'll admit I'm mistaken.
stripeyfox Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 I did hear in the last week or so that he had brought a house in Empingham (near Rutland Water) and was moving from his house in Melton. I did also hear that the house in Melton is not owned by Vardy, but by the club/owners. None of this has any particular bearing on his decision, but just thought I'd chuck it in there
Dodgy Bob Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Hodgson's Heroes fly out at 11.30am so expecting news any time now. Should be the first thing Vardy is doing this morning.

Jimothy Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Not unless you believe the fake quotes chucked around on Twitter and Facebook. I thought I saw a video of him actually saying it. Obviously at the time I didn't save it because I didn't think I'd need it at a later date to prove something when he was on the verge of leaving.
Dodgy Bob Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 He might go for a crap first. No, he won't even get dressed. We'll either see him rocking up at arsenal in his pants or he'll lean out of his bedroom window and shout out that he's staying at Leicester.
Guest Bob Hazels shorts Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Sleeping on it We will possibly lose Vardy, Kante and Marhez as all other seem settled/ not of great value to other clubs. We have Grey for Marhez, Inler and others available for midfield and Ulloa filled in for Vardy well. Thats not too shabby and I believe would keep us in the premier. Of course we will be signing 6-8 players if they go
Monk Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 I would just love it if he gives Arsenal a massive FOAD. That would be beautiful.

kingcarr21 Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 People still moaning and worrying . If he stays that's great if he goes then we move on. Cant believe the amount of pages this thread has gone to already.
stripeyfox Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 ...JV nonchalantly tosses his Filbert Fox pyjamas into the laundry basket whilst saying to his wife "won't be needing those bad boys again".....

Footballwipe Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Jamie Vardy says he will stay with Premier League champions Leicester next season. The England striker has fired 24 goals in this campaign and has been scouted by the league's top clubs despite having signed a £75,000-per-week deal until 2019 in January. 'We've just won the league and will be playing in the Champions League next year. I am happy here,' said Vardy. The 29-year-old also claimed Leicester's togetherness can convince players to ignore interest from other clubs and remain at the King Power Stadium. N'Golo Kante is wanted by Paris Saint-Germain and Riyad Mahrez is linked with Barcelona. 'Winning the league, and having Champions League football next season, you hope it keeps everyone together,' added Vardy. Jimothy Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 I've watched it a few times and he says nothing like it. This isn't the bit where he's sat at a table behind a mic at the launch. He was stood up having photos taken with a couple of people and someone threw the question at him.
