Tuna Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Can anyone explain why we are playing 5 players from the third best team in England? And only one from the best, out of position?
m4DD0gg Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 God dinobot hodgson poor old vardy out on the left. Joke
stevelcfc Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 And you Tottingham team tonight is... Is it wrong I want us to crash out, that desire will be even stronger if/when DD is dropped from the 26.
Matt Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Ohhh Woy, one step forward (Vardy...Down the middle )....Two steps back playing Sterling Tom Daley and Wilshire Sicknote over a champion of England. Ah. 3 steps back then, seems Vardy isn't down the middle. Woy, you're an absolute prick.
Tuna Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 This lineup sums up England national team in a nutshell. This is the reason why we will be going out before the quarter finals, most likely in a penalty shootout with all 5 of the Spurs bottlers missing their penalties.
NewEnglandFox Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Can anyone explain why we are playing 5 players from the third best team in England? And only one from the best, out of position? Because there are 3 players missing for the 5th best team and 4 players missing from the 8th best team.
Buzzell Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Would love to see Alli, Drinkwater and a fully fit Wilshere as a trio in the centre of the pitch.
TrentFox Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 The most remarkable thing is that any of you are surprised by any of this.
Koke Posted 22 May 2016 Author Posted 22 May 2016 Are people really suggesting that Albrighton for England Wilshere plays because A) he needs game time and match fitness and B) he is a better player than Drinkwater whether we like it or not.
LanguedocFox Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Would love to see Alli, Drinkwater and a fully fit Wilshere as a trio in the centre of the pitch. "A fully fit Wilshere" is an imaginary animal, like a unicorn.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 "A fully fit Wilshere" is an imaginary animal, like a unicorn. A fully fit Wilshire would suggest he's down to 40 a day.
Tuna Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Woy couldn't be more deluded if he tried. Its like he's programmed to be a willy puller.
Oxfordlcfc Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Iam sure because it's a friendly he has to play everyone in the team in different systems I can't imagine this will be the formation or team that plays in euros dissapointed for jamie but he plays Roy should no by now where his position is like I said he's got to try out different players and formations in Roy we trust☺

Rubbish. DD has been great this season and Wilshere has done nothing. Maybe gordon Banks should be in goal.

Pick on consistant form, not on brief glimpses of ability.
Tuna Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 What Woy needs to realize is, we have the attackers but we do not have the defence. We need to go out with the 'we will score more than you' mentality. Vardy and Kane MUST play up front together. If Its not a diamond Woy can bugger off.

So who has been better in the last 12 months, Drinkwater in his 35 matches for the best team in the country or Wilshere in his 3 matches for the 2nd best team in the country.
Raw Dykes Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 Vardy's not going to be at his best out wide, and when he puts a sub-par performance in, Hodgson will feel like he doesn't need to pick him. How could you not build the team around Vardy and Kane down the middle? They've both been goal machines this season.
Matt Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 @ ITV's scenario against Russia, suggesting Vardy and Kane upfront....Not happening!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 @ ITV's scenario against Russia, suggesting Vardy and Kane upfront....Not happening! That is unfortunate because it looked a good side as well
Finnaldo Posted 22 May 2016 Posted 22 May 2016 So according to ITV, if Henderson's fit he goes ahead of Drinkwater. Hello group stage knockout, my oldest friend...
