Lord Kante Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 So for the people who went last night, who else had their phone robbed from them? Does anyone know the best sollution into making a case about it?
Trumpet Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Why would you want to make a phone case for a phone you no longer have?
Lord Kante Posted 29 May 2016 Author Posted 29 May 2016 Why would you want to make a phone case for a phone you no longer have? I mean like, do I contact the club? I'm not sure.
Strokes Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 So for the people who went last night, who else had their phone robbed from them? Does anyone know the best sollution into making a case about it? Crime number - insurance, as per any normal case.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 I suppose you contact the police, build a case and if you have phone insurance or your home insurance covers it claim it back... not that much more can be done unfortunately

The whole world smiles Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Is there a chance you got drunk and lost it?
ian1984summer Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Is there a chance you got drunk and lost it? ^this
Larry_LCFC Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Unless you have some proof it was stolen as opposed to you just losing it, I doubt the police will record it as a crime. They are hardly going to want 100 theft of phones clogging up their figures.
Rincewind Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Not a lot the police can do unless they interview all those that attended.
Kinowe Soorie Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Someone tried to nick my yoghurt pots and string, but I wasn't having any of it!!
theessexfox Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Saw a guy at the end who reckoned a guy was taking his phone out of his pocket and he caught him in the nick of time. Wouldn't surprise me if it was nicked, not dropped.
Hollism Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 Not a lot the police can do unless they interview all those that attended. Just because the police give out a CRN, doesn't mean they're actually gonna open an investigation. Most that would happen is they put a warning on Twitter to those that are going tonight.

Most that would happen is they put a warning on Twitter to those that are going tonight. They had already put those warnings out about last night - Kasabian concerts are notorious for phone thieves. The same happened when they came to Victoria Park
Webbo Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 I suppose you contact the police, build a case and if you have phone insurance or your home insurance covers it claim it back... not that much more can be done unfortunately Lost phones forever.
SystonFox Posted 29 May 2016 Posted 29 May 2016 My sister had her phone swiped at natterjacks post gig. don't know who took it or when. Scumbags
LCFC FOX Posted 30 May 2016 Posted 30 May 2016 Type in on Twitter "lost phone" or "lost (the make of your phone)" and you may just find it! You'll be surprised how many people are trying to give phones back they've found
VLC86 Posted 30 May 2016 Posted 30 May 2016 Would 100% be stolen. Had my phone robbed at a gig years ago and at the end of it 15 people were walking round looking for phones. Absolute scum bags.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 30 May 2016 Posted 30 May 2016 Tried tracking it? Know my phone has a tracking thing done through my Google account
Voll Blau Posted 30 May 2016 Posted 30 May 2016 Had some bloke pushing past me and my missus during the gig brushing our pockets as he went by. 100% a pickpocket. By the time I'd clocked he wasn't just trying to get by he'd disappeared. Scary how good some of these people are at what they do. Luckily had all our valuables in a bumbag. Better luck next time dickhead.
