mancunianfox Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 I just hope Andy King doesn't come on and score. Really don't know how I would feel.
Guest Col city fan Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 I've got a lot of time for Coleman. Listening to him speak he's everything Hodgson isn't. Young, keen, fresh, passionate, determined, enthusiastic and confident. I like him. Wish he was English... Again mate..spot on Woy bores me to tears. How he looks, how he talks, his formations....boring
StanSP Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 fvck Hodgson. i hope the players are more up for it than he seems. seriously hope they play with extra passion and some anger and hunger.
GaelicFox Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 fvck Hodgson. i hope the players are more up for it than he seems. seriously hope they play with extra passion and some anger and hunger. In fairness they did OK against Russia , the players need to rise above the negativity and prove they are fit to wear that shirt !
Fox92 Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Seriously though can you imagine respecting Roy Hodgson and/or Roy Hodgson trying to motivate you...
Finnaldo Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 I've got a lot of time for Coleman. Listening to him speak he's everything Hodgson isn't. Young, keen, fresh, passionate, determined, enthusiastic and confident. I like him. Wish he was English... If he was he wouldn't get a sniff for the job. Classic FA.
mancunianfox Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 In fairness they did OK against Russia , the players need to rise above the negativity and prove they are fit to wear that shirt ! Really? Thought we were utterly dreadful and Slovakia showed Saturday's performance up even further. I dread to think how Rooney is going to cope against a decent midfielder.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Not too bothered about the line up to be honest, this one will be less about personnel and systems and more about who's up for it more. Obviously want Vards to get on later on though...
Finnegan Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Norn Iron FA tweeting the FAW in Welsh to say they're cheering us on but don't tell the English. Cheeky.
GaelicFox Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Really? Thought we were utterly dreadful and Slovakia showed Saturday's performance up even further. I dread to think how Rooney is going to cope against a decent midfielder. I think "Dreadful" is harsh But hey ho I won't stop yea being pessimistic
mancunianfox Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 I think "Dreadful" is harsh But hey ho I won't stop yea being pessimistic Why, we created very few chances against a poor Russian side. Lallana had two directly at the goalkeeper and Akinfeev made a good save from Rooney but other than that we didn't do anything.
GaelicFox Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 rio ferdinand with the banter Hartsons Paisley shirt
foxes21 Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 It still baffles me that the side that won the best league in England by 10 points have no players representing it's national side and I can't believe the lack of media attention on it. Really does piss me off. this. you'd have thought the media would have said something
GaelicFox Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Why, we created very few chances against a poor Russian side. Lallana had two directly at the goalkeeper and Akinfeev made a good save from Rooney but other than that we didn't do anything. Ya feck it , yea were shite
Strokes Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Good value from the bookies on Wales today, obviously I'm desperate for an England result but it's nice to know if they do embarrass us, I'll be well paid for it.
promised land Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Walker or Rose red card. Wales to win 2-1.The Taffy's will wind Alli up surely knowing how hot headed he is.ETA, read all the posts, the horses mouth beat me to it.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 Here's the big question... Assuming both sides play in their home kit, who gets to wear the red socks?
Dodgy Bob Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 "It's the European Championships and it's England vs Wales. Once the whistle goes it will settle down into a game of football." One of Hodgson's most insightful ever quotes.
Socks Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 scene of neville talkig to dier and dier shaking his head afterwards like he wasnt too happy..................
m4DD0gg Posted 16 June 2016 Posted 16 June 2016 scene of neville talkig to dier and dier shaking his head afterwards like he wasnt too happy.................. Probably along the lines of 'look eric i know the lads think Woy is a twat who has a brain injury but dont worry either me or my main man Gaz Southgate will replace him'
