Loyalty should be shown to the players who got us there, kane is no. 1 striker no ecceptions. Kane should be on set pieces as his delivery is sublime. If 0-0 sturridge to come on as hes no 2 striker due to being part of the setup for years abd we must be loyal to these players or rashford for wild card factor. Not sure what vardy offers too one dimensional and can't play on the left because the most effective way of England playing is one up top. I'm banking on the telepathic understanding of the 5 spurs players to see us through and see us through after their glorious successful season. If we are winning, bring on Milner and or Wilshire to tighten things up in midfield to see it out one goal should be enough and we would have beaten Russia had we had less injury time. We've got so many players who helped us qualify in the squad who have done it for us in the past and deal with the pressure of playing for big established teams week in week out not to mention the glorious successful spurs players at the fulcrum of the team yeah wwe're gonna win this! Since Vardy has started scoring for England the fans and media have been calling more and more for his inclusion. In that time time we've seen kane become more selfish than ever, miss chances and poor link up play, generally look out of sorts, is the pressure of Vardy pushing him for that lone spot getting to him?
