sylofox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Who do you fancy? I personally want us to go as far as possible. So a draw against the weakest side possible for me. Sadly spuds are out so we will be playing a better team than I hoped for.
Mark_w Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Tottenham Edit: Must read full posts. Whoever finishes second in Group B is our best bet I guess.

No clubs from the same country can meet until the last 8.

ScouseFox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 don't really care. a half good team we give them a massive game and maybe go through. a legit team we lose but come on Real Madrid away fu ck me sideways we're Leicester city mate
Dan Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 I have been convinced ever since Slimani bagged v Porto that he's going to do another favour for his old club and sink Benfica, so it'll be them.
sylofox Posted 22 November 2016 Author Posted 22 November 2016 Am I right in thinking we also get the home leg second?

Bayfox Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Well if we want to progress we want leverkusen, lyon or benfica to give us a chance. What we will more likely get is a dortmund or athletico. What I hope we don't get it a napoli or besiktas if I'm honest.
Harry - LCFC Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Gosh there are a few people who are eager to make their own Round of 16 thread aren't there? This is the Champions League section of the forum, guys, lets keep it in here.

Nice if true, just hope we get a decent draw now as in anywhere but Moscow/Besiktas. is it possible to work out if the first match will be a Tuesday or Wednesday? edit: Obviously can't be Moscow.
MC Prussian Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Leverkusen or Benfica would be nice, although given our luck I can see us drawing Bayern Munich or Sevilla.

EGBFitness Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 When is the draw? Pref want a PSG wing tonight then if we can't draw an English team till last 8

Nick Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 I kinda feel sorry for Copenhagen this morning, strangely. They will still want to smash Bruges in the hope that we beat Porto and go through..... They'll be wondering what kind of team we'll be putting out.... I would imagine it'll be the B team getting a taste of the CL.... Can't wait to see big Was get on the pitch for one last CL bow.
sylofox Posted 23 November 2016 Author Posted 23 November 2016 We should know roughly who we will draw after tonight. From the other 15 sides we can't draw a group winner or the runner up from our group. So that leaves 7 sides if Arsenal ans Man City finish second we only have five possible draws.
Guest Papasmurf Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 The easiest possible last 16 tie then a glamour quarter final.
Leamington Fox Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 As Group Leaders, does this mean we are guaranteed that the away leg will be the first match and therefore in February and not March? I fear my kids are going on holiday at half-term without their Daddy.
