The highly-rated 22-year-old has emerged as a target for Leicester, with Italian sources confirming to HITC Sport that the Premier League champions are ready to pay around £8 million to land him. Hoedt has been with Lazio since 2015, joining them from AZ Alkmaar - where he came through the youth ranks.
Max Power Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 Tenuous links to defenders will get me through the night
nnfox Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 Has there ever been a decent Dutch defender? Can he play on the wing? Would he be happy to fester in teh U23s?
The People's Hero Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 Is this the one to give Sassuolo a nudge on Acerbi?
brookfox Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 There's got to be a rat in the scouting department, rumours out now that Alaves are trying to gazzump us with a £650k bid.
Stevosevic Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 Interesting. At least he's young. Skysports news say we've bid.
Stevosevic Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 I don't know how good he is but it's the age of CB I'd like us to buy.
Hitesh Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 This might actually have some legs, or at least we're getting several ducks lined up before Tuesday. Just wish we hadn't left it this late
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 29 January 2017 Posted 29 January 2017 A decent Dutch defender?? Off the top of my head, Ronald Koeman, Frank Rijkaard and Rudi Krol weren't bad
