Northernfox123 Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 What he did last season was out of this world But surly things need to change These players have let him down badly from there bulging pockets to there not giving damm this season Where the passion, closing down, disiere, high tempo This been going on most of this season These players need shock a change of voice new ideas Hiddink, rowett, even Warburton working with stowell,Shakespeare The dir of football john Rudkin is someone else who should walk the plank just clueless idiot when it comes to recruitment £80m wasted From top to bottom Needs to be change
totbl Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 No credit left, he's had long enough, if we don't do it now it'll be too late. Someone on RL before the game was saying if we go down with Ranieri we go down with Ranieri. I cannot understand that mindset. We have to act.
AyewJoking Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 vichai has faith loyalty so going nowhere.

Northernfox123 Posted 12 February 2017 Author Posted 12 February 2017 To go from winning the league to this dross is unacceptable its total farce
foxes_rule1978 Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 huge credit, he is a legend but yes sometimes you need to step down for the good of the club. We need a change, because right now this is almost on par with Taylor
Larry_LCFC Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 He will always be a legend, but he has no credit left in terms of continuing to manage the team. He just doesn't have the ability to turn this around. We have seen that by the way he continues to make the same mistakes over and over again. Does he expect something will suddenly click? Time to go Claudio.
Northernfox123 Posted 12 February 2017 Author Posted 12 February 2017 I agree he's legend for last season, will always be remembered, there needs to be changes as this season is total farce
smr Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 Claudio was the perfect manager for us last season and deserves all of our respect for that. This season he isn't... I've stuck up for him for as long as I can but his constant tinkering early on in the season and quite frankly, strange tactical decisions, formations and player choices have accumulated to the point where we are just as good as in the relegation zone. I'd love him to turn this around (he's the most likeable manager we've had since MON) but I fear that he can't and he lost me today by choosing a back four that just isn't working for us anymore. He had the chance to be courageous today as well and put the faith in players who have been better, but chose not to.
Mike Oxlong Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 Maybe I'll view it differently when the dust has settled but anyone who mentions the word "legend" at the moment is going to get a punch on the nose.
fairbanksh Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 I'm beginning to tire of his misquided arrogance and wise guy press conferences please keep some dignity leave now

Tuna Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 Ranieri lost it about 6 weeks ago. We missed our chance to sack him, and give the new man the transfer window to sort it out.
dylanlegend Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 Claudio will historically and rightfully go down as one of our best managers ever for what he achieved.... but... for the here and now.. he has to go or we will 100% be relegated. As other have said... he should have been sacked in December
erlee Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 big fat credit - he had a new 4 year contract after the win last year
splinterdream Posted 13 February 2017 Posted 13 February 2017 If Vichai was indeed shaking his head, he may be sacked tomorrow
Dan Posted 13 February 2017 Posted 13 February 2017 It's long gone. It's a fundamental flaw to cling onto success. He'll never have it taken away what happened under him but he is taking every single aspect of us backwards. I genuinely fear he's doing damage to us now and I worry that the rot wouldn't stop if we kept him in the Championship. He's got a history of starting well and then things going tits up. At some point you have to accept that's what is likely to happen, accept that the "starting well" in this instance was fantastic He's been that awful this season that he's making me think more and more he completely fluked last year on a personal level. I'm quite sad I've ended up thinking that but I really do.

He seems obsessed and deluded that the team he started with at the beginning of his tenure will somehow just fix itself... eh no Claudio YOU have to fix things, maybe that wasn't in his contract. Sub zero credit.
Grewks Posted 13 February 2017 Posted 13 February 2017 The club need to look long-term. He's not gonna be here for more than 2-3 years anyway. I may be wrong, but i don't think he's ever really had the backing of the players.
GloverFox Posted 13 February 2017 Posted 13 February 2017 Forget loyalty ... we've become a laughing stock, the King Power brand gets tarnished with that .... surely changes are now due, let him 'walk away' (fired or whatever) but the time for action must be now?
