Anyone could have predicted that Okazaki was going to be useless in this game. Atletico are way to physical for him, only Shakespeare didn't understand that.

Slim wouldn't even sniff the ball mate

I feel the whole tie is over. We will struggle to get anything out of this game and there's no way Vardy will be available next week.

Well aren't you all glass half empty?

Have you learned nothing from supporting Leicester City? We never do anything the easy way!

Come on you Foxes!

In our last 2 games our back 4 have been so poorly positioned it's like we've gone back to the ranieri days.

Look at the Athletico back 4 compared to ours.

Their back 4 is dead straight and organised, ours looks like the kids have been playing with fridge magnets.

Need to wake up and do the basics, when the defence are organised the midfield and strikers can push up.

Dig in, hold on, keep it 1-0 and we've had a decent result.

2-0 wouldn't be so bad.

It might look bleak right now after that penalty decision. But if we've learnt anything about this Leicester side, it's that anything is possible!

Keep the faith!

It looked like Mahrez was fouled quite badly.

Shinji also took a knock.

Might explain some things...

Yeah they need man up

For people who are against video referee, how does it feel to have your team punished by a bad call, because now i'm salty beyond belief.

Not one of them Booked despite some Pro Fouls.

Swedish ref in fear of Simeone. Mind you he would scare me too.

Maybe not, but he is more physical then Shinji that is for sure. No one can predict if Slim would be better but I think he would be.

I've calmed down now haha. Ref is still a cvnt and I still reckon Vardy will get booked at some point.

Umm.. not trying to be a boblet but if he was on the other side wouldn't there of been a lino there aswell?

No, the lino always covers the left back, so the 5th official should be the side of the right back.

Then there's an official both corners when a side is attacking.

No. Linesman cover half the pitch each. The behind the goal officials are then put behind the goal on the same side as the linesman covering that half. Pointless having them,

Slim would hold it up better and be more useful for those dangerous crossed we put in. Can see it being the only way we will score against these.

Would miss Okazaki's work rate in midfield though

To be fair, it's very easy to stay organised when you have all the possession. A bit more difficult when you're us facing some good players whose movement is top notch.

As long as we keep it tight in the second half, we're in with a chace.

Good value for 1-0 down at the moment to be honest. Apart from the fact that it wasn't a penalty and we've defended really well and deserve to still be at 0-0.

There's no points for most shots on target.

How is that possible? He guessed the wrong way, what more did you want. It's mostly luck. A penalty is given to give you chance to score after being denied, the keeper is always second favourite.

Know it's not mostly luck, There's a skill involved. Granted the percentages is still with the Taker. But if Keepers face down the Ball many times they'll save them.
