rn9013 Posted 6 May 2017 Posted 6 May 2017 no. I believe we would then have 5 in the champs league and 2 in the europa. You can't have more than 7 teams in Europe as far as I'm aware.

No, if united win the Europa and come 5th we will have 5 teams in the champions league and 6th and 7th placed teams in the Europa league. 8th does not get a European spot.

Not sure whether that means it is possible to qualify for next seasons Europa League by finishing 8th in the Premier League though?

Not offended mate, plenty of others have asked the same question many times just luck some folks have gone and found out for sure that there is max 7 teams in European competitions, and we can't make 7th ?
