Bloody hell, don't say that. I'm supposed to be going there on Sunday, and that's the sort of thing that happens to me. I'm a walking curse!
Wymsey Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 Apparently it's an 11-year-old girl from Leicester. Hope its not too serious. Airlifted to Birmingham Children's Hospital.

I'm not a quivering mess, sat trembling in the corner, afraid to go outside. Things will happen regardless, but it just seems I tend to get a bit more bad luck than most. At least it's given me some good stories!
Sharpe's Fox Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 Blimey looks like some sadist who played Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 is now designing rides in real life.
SystonFox Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 Close all theme parks across the U.K. Now. but please wait til end of June cos I wanna take me lad to Thomas Land for his second bday
Stadt Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 I've always thought it'd be quite easy to end up in the water on the rapids, if you're not sensible of course,

SystonFox Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 Wow that's actually awful. My wife just told me as she got home and it sent a shiver down my spine. School trip apparently. in all seriousness, close the park down. Someone is getting sued big time

leicsmac Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 If it turns out the park is liable they'll never reopen.

Thoughts go out to the family
Legend_in_blue Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 Most likely happened climbing in or out on the turnabout at the ride start. Very sad news.
Gerard Posted 9 May 2017 Posted 9 May 2017 Horrible. You don't expect to send your child on a school trip and for her not to come home.
