Ben and slimani the only bright side.

Mostly 4's, slim a 5 and Ben a 6

Chilwell our best player by a street.

I felt sorry for Ndidi who was on his jack jones in midfield for most of it, and the rest of our defence who had to play alongside Benalouane, who was, I regret, awful tonight.

I'm trying to find positives:

-Chilwell was MOTM with a good performance

-Simmo and Ndidi were decent, Amartey looked good for the first 10-15 mins

-We had periods of really nice play

-Musa seems to have regained some footballing ability

-It could have been seven

- It was hardly our starting XI

- Demonstrates how desperately we need to recruit in the Summer.

If the game ended after 20 mins then Id be looking at 6s and 7s. Shit hit the fan though.

Chilwell MOTM, 3s mostly. Everyone gave up.

Since I didn't see the second half and from what I've heard it was like a massive player meltdown combined with a tactical shocker, every one got a random 3 or 2 bar Chillwell (5) who scored and Kasper (4).

If Benalouane gets more than a  1 then I can only assume someone has misclicked.

Horrific.

Harsh to say he was much worse than anyone else, made some crucial interceptions and was only 3-1 when he went off

Kasper 6 Need to see the goals back on TV but I thought he could have done better on a couple of them. Particularly the fifth.

Simpson 6 Probably the most solid defender on the night.

Benalouane 3 I think we now know why he's barely featured since he's been here. Reminded me of the hopeless Patrick Kisnorbo. Too tight to his man every time, outmuscled constantly. Just awful. So so poor.

Fuchs 4 Part of the back 4/3 that simply went to pieces.

Chilwell 7 One of the only bright sparks although he needs to stop trying to do the spectacular at times when in his own half. Better going forward than he was defensively.

Albrighton 5 Couple of nice crosses but no one to finish them off. Quiet

Amartey 4 Not sure what his best position is. Sideways and backwards and didn't get anywhere near close enough to the front men to support them.

Ndidi 5 Careless in possession at times and as above, sat too deep and left Okazaki and Vardy isolated.

Mahrez 3 I love him but last night for the first time ever I genuinely think he gave up and wasn't trying hard enough. Even in the first half we had two decent breaks where he should have been busting a gut to get into the box and he was just jogging. Absolutely shocking performance and I'd leave him out Sunday if he is leaving over the summer as we all expect him to.

Vardy 7  MOTM Didn't give up and put in some great challenges. Badly lacked support.

Okazaki 6 Did ok. Maybe came off a bit too early.

Subs all average. God knows what the point in him taking off Vardy to bring Musa on is. Slimani has been a disastrous signing really.

Spurs were sensational. Oh to have a midfield pairing of Dembele and Wanyama. Absolute beasts.

Harry Kane world class.

Schmeichel: 5 (His worst performance of the season but you could see he cared and the frustration of it. His often constructive distribution was awful, I thought him at fault for a couple of the goals and below his best generally).

Simpson 5 (Left scandalously exposed at times and suffered because of it).

Benny 4.5 (Outmuscled and outthought).

Fuchs 5 (Never hid but was often under more pressure than he could cope with).

Chilwell 7 (His goal helped him but he was involved in so much of our better play and never hid for an instant. Made mistakes like everyone else but looked a genuine prospect just the same. He just needs more experience and to be a little faster and clearer with his decision-making. MoM for us by some way.

Mahrez 4 (Still posed the occasional threat - including one mazy run - but he's not the best in the trenches.

N'didi 6 (Another who didn't hide for all that it wasn't his best outing. Needed much more help in the centre).

Amartey  5.5 (Stayed involved for which he deserves credit but just didn't get tight enough on people or show enough urgency).

Albrighton 4 (Found it hard to make any significant impression).

Vardy 6 (One excellent chance and looked sharp. Must have envied Kane the service he got)

Shinji 6 (Typically frustrating effort. Won the ball often enough then turned into trouble and either lost it or fell on the floor. We missed his industry when he went off though)

Gray 4 (Just the odd glimpse of ability but disappointing in the main).

Slimani 6 (Had one good chance saved and should have been gifted another good opportunity. Always looks a potential scorer and last night was no different for all that there was severely limited service).

Musa 4 (Started brightly enough but was far too easily dispossessed and didn't seem able to get his head up).

Overall we just suffered through having too many first choice players missing against a top class team.

Humiliated and embarrassing, nothing more you can say really, apart from the fact it just shows how poor signings have been made over the last 18 months.

You butchered every single name xD

Do you work at Starbucks by any chance?

We were shocking...and we made an ordinary Spurs look much much better than they actually are.

I blame Mahrez more than anyone. Why should the rest of the team bust their gut so he can lose the ball in the final third and then looks like he couldn't care less.

I would drop Mahrez from Sundays team.

Thanks Riyad but you obviously dont want to play for us anymore.  Goodbye and good luck.

Going to be controversial and not say Ben as MoM but Vardy. The only player who would have been within a mile of Tottenham's team. Chilwell worked hard and did ok, but still a bit too much men against boys. Nobody else got any credit at all, and that includes Kasper who didn't look on it at all.

Agree with your ratings, Royston.

Everyone seems to be giving Chillwell MOM.I thought other then his goal which he nearly took to long over he was poor. Certainly not our best player by a street! Last night for me proved that Fuchs in not a center back and should always be our first choice LB when fit. The rest of the team were no better. I agree with you regarding the midfield though.
