Its only one person on Twitter spouting off and all the sheep follow.

West Ham's 'Claret and Hugh', hardly John Percy by the looks of it

Don't all bookies do that once you've reached your bet limit on a certain market?

On the first screenshot the account wasn't even logged in so the market wouldn't have been affected by previous bets.

If West Ham get him after we've said he's our main target it's embarrassing. They can't compete on the money front and offer little else than London.

West Ham are and always have been a similar sized club to us.  And with Premier League money what makes you think they can't compete on the money front?  And for the vast majority of players I'm sure London is much more appealing than Leicester.  It wouldn't be embarrassing at all.  But hyperbole goes with the territory here on FT.

yes they do. Demmy is 4/11 to stay at Leicester with PP.  I've done a nice chunky low odds double with Vardy staying as well with them

I didn't realise they let you do these in doubles. That's odd.

When did we say he's our main target?

Be sick if he ends up at West Ham.

They're similar to us really. Both had shocking summers last time out and I could only relate again when I heard one of their fans on the radio earlier say they need to have a good one this time out to recover it. No co-incidence we keep being linked to the same players.

Reports this morning suggesting Pellegrini wants him at Southampton. That could be a real deal breaker for us given the mutual admiration of player and manager !

Pellegrino is the Saints manager. Not the ex-Man City boss

I would take Frank Spencer over Musa.

I'm not sure if Palace would sell him back to us..

Also saw on twitter that Everton may be interested. Assuming lukaku is leaving then Everton and west spam have no primary striker and he will be assured playing time. He looks at us and sees vardy. Vardy is always going to be top dog this season so he will have the nagging doubt that if he comes here, he may spend time on the bench. I'm sure other clubs could gazuump us on packages and deals but it will come down to where the player wants to go and perhaps he will decide that means where he more likely to play as the main man. Whilst Everton and West Ham could still bring another player in later this window, we already have our main man here. I think that could be our problem on this one.

Surely he knows that West Ham is a sort of footballing black hole -sucking all the skill and talent out of players that come within its gravitational field
