We weren't all over him, the bookies made us favourites and that churned story after story out, apparently we put a bid in but that's all we know. There's literally no basis in most of it and for all we know it's mostly conjecture. Every time I come on this thread to check for any concrete updates from the few who have any real info it's another five pages of people who like me who have literally no idea what's happening asserting our chance has gone and moaning our transfer strategy is shite when we don't have the foggiest.

Are you saying just because there was 10 internet articles on him that day that means "Leicester were all over" him? That's really not how it works at all The media has you right where they want you.

There seems to be a whole minefield of issues surrounding who is agent his, image rights etc. Might still be on, or we walked away. Bet Victor are going 12/1 for instance still. Use Oddschecker and shop around, big disparity in pricing.
