Merely a conclusion on my behalf - I just find it noteworthy that as soon as things don't go your way, the enthusiasm stops.

Wolves also have only games in hand when compared to Fulham and Middlesbrough - the three remaining teams in the Top Six (Cardiff, Villa and Derby) are on 36 matches; with only ten to go, that makes for a very entertaining season finale. Imagine if Wolves were to bottle it, having to settle for the playoffs.

The Bear only ever turns up on here to gloat after a win, he's a melt. Hope they **** it up and stay down.

Do I ****.

I've calmed down after last night now. It was a shit result but it was down to awful, awful defending from Danny Batth who should really never play for us again. A bad day at the office from Nuno who didn't change things quickly enough. Add that to a ref who gave a soft free kick to them which they scored from and missed a stonewall handball for a pen because he wasn't looking at the flight of the ball. So a shit night overall.

I'm really not worried though. Villa are a good team in decent form and we defended rubbish. As pointed out we have two very winnable home games coming up and Cardiff two tough away games. In fact we have 5 out of the next 7 at home and they have 5 out of their next 7 away.

We still have 7 out of the bottom 8 to play, plus Derby at home. We really shouldn't be throwing a 7 point lead to Villa away. It's not like we've ever lost two games on the spin all season either.  We always bounce back from defeats because we don't change the way we play no matter who the opposition or previous result.

Its been dreadful from both sides, Forest have an excuse in that they have nothing to play for but both these sides would get hammered in the prem

Johnson played in the prem?? how?? lol

Bruce's turn this week, the potato-headed Mrs Doubtfire ****.

http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/teams/wolverhampton-wanderers/11292014/how-are-wolves-luring-cl-players

No mention of how they "lured" Champions League player John Terry by paying him almost £60k per week and gubbing a large portion of their parachute payment on one player's wages.

Snodgrass who's on loan is on £60-70k at West Ham too, and you can bet Villa will be paying most of that.

Villa's wage bill last season - £61.5m (rumoured to be over £100m this season!)

Wolves wage bill last season - £28.2m

How is that fair to the rest of the division? People in glass houses Steve...

I'm sorry, Bear, but you're going to need to own your situation and just be proud or it and say "so what?" when people criticise because you are by far the PSG or Man City of the Championship and the simply fact is, it isn't fair.

What do you want people to say exactly? You haven't put together some scouting network and found some brilliant young bargains, you haven't spent years building a team of canny grafters, you haven't risen up against the odds to fight to the Premier league. What do you want acknowledgement for?

You need to be saying "yeah, we are lucky to have these owners, but **** it, they chose us" and just let it slide or this bitterness for not getting everyone else's approval is going to eat you. That's how you know when you're a big club, when you don't give a **** what people are saying about you. Look at our "do they mean us?" thread. That's how you know we're still tinpot, don't fall in to that trap.

Villa are a bigger club than you (and historically us) who only recently came down from the Prem and used their parachute payments to sign a few good deals. Terry isn't champions league quality anymore or he'd still be at Chelsea, he's an over the hill cart horse looking for one last job. There's nothing wrong with that. He dropped down to his level.

You bought the league. Simple as that. It isn't fair. Just own it. Because if you come up and do it again you'll be treated like the Leipzig of the Prem and every other club up here will hate you.

This league is just as full of bitterness and it'll drive you nuts if you let it. The amount of envy we've had from Stoke, Sunderland, the Baggies, you name it. You gotta shrug it off.

And yet some Sunderland supporters, when he first arrived at the club, thought he'd be a strong central midfield pairing with Lee Cattermole.

A street like that is very likely to be a 30mph limit, but the impact on the victim's car appears like he's done twice that..
