norwichfox Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 He is showing as defender with defender with number 36, can't recall whether hew actually made the bench or not in the Tottenham game. Is he likely to stay in the squad, unlike us for such a young 'un. https://www.lcfc.com/teams/first-team
lgfualol Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 Guy is really tall and looks permanently unhappy. Could be our next Huth.

He's a right footed centre back....whatever that means...and according to the link below he's out of contract unless we signed him again recently (could well be a management tactic to list him in the squad to get his signature) http://football-wonderkids.co.uk/player/elliott-moore/#.WWnNbemQxhE

Could we turn him into a RB or is he a big old fashioned centre half? Be great if we could have two young full backs learning the game from to experienced pros.
jamesmilner Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 I have seen quite a bit of him and he has potential . I remember when he was an emergency centre midfielder last season against a strong u23's Liverpool side . Leicester u23's won 2-1 and he had a big influence on the game playing out of position . He was just coming back from a nasty head injury he got against Brighton too . Lets hope he can make the move up , good luck to him he is a nice lad too .

It would be great to see a player who's been with us since he was 6 get through to a regular first team player.......

FoxFromCoalville Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 100% not a right back. out and out centre back. similar style of play to huth in fact they even run the same way. bags of potential could do with a loan this year though for some first team football imo

Spicer Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 He and Harvey Barnes are both listed. Interestingly the other young defender we signed Sam Hughes isn't listed. He is 20 so isn't that young
Guest NGoloMode Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 Everything I've read about him is promising stuff. I would imagine a loan to League 1 this season.
Thracian Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 Says talks have stalled on a new contract. That was in June so has the situation changed?
foxes21 Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 Hppefully Moore and Hughes can be Morgan/Huths replacements in the future
kingfox Posted 15 July 2017 Posted 15 July 2017 Only seen him once in an Under 21 game last season and he was the worst player on the pitch, very clumsy and terrible with the ball.

How is there an assumption? If the answer is 'no he can't play right back.' Then I highly doubt he would be used as a right back. Shakeys hardly going to say 'Elliott, do you fancy playing RB this week?'
