Should we read anything into Huth not being part of squad, and Schmeichel not coming on?

Yes. Absolutely.

We should interpret his injury being too severe for him to play.

I think he should be dropped for 6-8 weeks to think about what he's done

Theres possibly an element of some of the first half players putting more of a shift in as they know they are not first choice.... and Mahrez going off!

We started to control the middle first half and lots of chances came from balls from a CM over the top... lost control of the middle and we're not getting up the pitch as much now.

I'm glad Ulloa is staying so we can see more of him in the number 10 position, I'd missed that.

He was born to play there. Who needs Siggy

When was our last penalty shootout?

Celtic last preseason but before that we had one against Hull in the League cup 2 seasons ago. Mahrez hit the post and we went out.

Huth has gone out on loan to Nottingham Forest for eight weeks with a recall option after six.

Schmeichel is suffering from an affliction that means he's physically stuck to the bench. The medical team have experienced the same condition when Conrad Logan was at the club, but are hoping that it can be cleared up much more quickly than the 5 years that it took in that instance.

Who'd have thought that first half team would be the better one :D

To be fair, Slim is way better than Ulloa, Riyad stepped it up cos he wants to leave and Kingy came on so it went downhill fast
