As ive said above nobody takes it seriously until the later rounds. The club would rather use it to give reserves a run out. Like it or not, it's all about the premier league. If thats the case then its a very naive attitude imo. I'd be happier to stay up this year and qualify for the Europa league via the efl cup and have a great day out at Wembley, rather than mid table mediocrity

He is one of the most left footed players I have seen, with the exception of Fuchs and Giggs. For some reason, right footed players can play LB but left footed players can't do it at RB.

He'd have had loads more opportunities to play there if so. Ridiculous if he'd rather rip apart the back line and move a left back to cb in the event of injury/suspension than just slot in a utility player who can play cb

Maybe he see's Amartey as the best backup RB?

jonthefox Posted 22 August 2017 Posted 22 August 2017 My lads just text me to say the bloke opened the gate tonight and a rat ran out. Lovely place is Sheffield.

Foxxed Posted 22 August 2017 Posted 22 August 2017 Wait. We're playing a first team LB at CB when we have two actual CBs that need game time? I'm failing to see any logic. I mean, are we preparing Fuchs for a CB position? Does he need game time for fitness and we also want to play Chilwell? Are we still punishing Benny?
