I supposed you’re right cause he did sod all when he came on and we basically lost the midfield with his lack of ability was like playing with ten men yet again

Sionnach gorm Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Our defense has been shite for over a year now. No surprise. We’ve had little bursts of life now and again that keep us from doing the right thing. Time to replace the lot. I do not think there is a defender worth keeping anymore Bar one or two.

Are you mad bro? Morgan has been immense this season
jim5000 Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Thing is with Andy King, he just isn't involved in the game. He doesn't affect the game in any way at all, let alone positively. The amount of time the ball just passes him by and goes to another player when he could just put his foot on it and effect the match. He is just so completely anonymous. Maybe he is doing some amazing off the ball work, I don't know as I mostly watch streams of the matches, but you never see him on the ball or here his name mentioned. He is not involved in the attacking or the defending. When he came on today it took me 5 minutes to remember we hadn't just had someone sent off. Although I did have a 12:30 beer at kick off so my head was fuzzy by the second half.
Guest Col city fan Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Just standing in the cold watching Nuneaton... Thought we looked really good at times today. Stoke aren't brill but aren't pushovers either. I thought we looked dangerous going forward but a bit shakey defensively.
whoareyaaa Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 It a shame that Andy King is being blamed for the 2nd goal but he has got a lot to blame for it as well as Maguire / Fuschs for not even communicating or attempting to attack the ball/player.. All 3 are to blame SHIT

Morgan has been immense this season Sorry, barring three games, he’s been bang average this season. I’m tired of these “redeeming games”. We need consistency from our players. Morgan is way too slow and his reaction time is not going to improve. Love the man, but it’s time to send him to the back room and not the field. And to others on our defense too.

foxinsocks Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 We were doing well... then stoke took control... we lost iborra.... we had nothin on the bench to worry them or take control back. We need silva.... we need james. .... we need mendy (though i have no udea if he is aby use or not). We need slim or nacho to make an impact

whoareyaaa Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 What bright spark sanctioned the loan of Mendy as well?? don't tell me it was the same one who failed in the DD/Silva saga

dynamark Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 So Maguire may not be the new messiah after all. Crouch managed to just put a hand on Fuchs shoulder in the challenge to give himself the room. According to my stream on Spanish the last corner was taken 2 seconds after the extra 4 minutes and the whistle blew on 14 seconds after.Whats the rule why don't they just blow at full time regardless ? and how much time can they add -Oh Ill just give em 30 seconds see if they can score!!!!
sdb Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Ndidi was class I thought. Fuchs struggling this season. Can't figure out why. King did nothing wrong but we looked far less secure when Iborra went off.

Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out the common denominator there . King has been a great servent to this club but a premier league player he is not .

treer Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Maguire position looks to be in doubt, seems Puel has banned him foraging forward, without this, he is only average defender and nowhere near Morgan, Huth. Also Mahrez, would nearly have won the game had he passed in the first half. wonder why he didnt?

mozartfox Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Sjoberg, Cross and Woolett need replacing In January.
