crisp packet Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Two points dropped? Or point gained? Two defensive lapses cost us? Would like to have seen Armartey over king ? ( Iborra injury) Would have taken a point before? More clinical could have been three? But for kasper none. Good point!
UniFox21 Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Gray seems a new player under Puel, lot more freedom and creativity
weller54 Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Losing Iborra and bringing on bloody Iheanacho changed the game!
Hammo Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Never mind the defensive errors. With a better display from Jamie we would have won that.

foxinsocks Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 The game changed... and it showed the poverty of our bench. Iborra gets a knock and without being unkind we lost the midfield with king on. Shinji goes off... and we lost the out ball option. If wed taken our chances at max strength we'd have won.. but after 60 mins we wete hanging on
Slim Dog Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Wtf is the hate with Nacho anyway? He gave away a foul he shouldn't have but he controlled the ball and started a few counters at the end there.
filbertway Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 I think Puel will be shifting a few players on over the next 6-8 months. Decent performance I thought, but now we're clearly trying to play football, it really does show how limited some of our players are.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 The crouch bum licking I had to turn over... all sky do is concentrate on the opposition fed up with it
justfoxes Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 That lanky Cnut MOTM makes you laugh at Sky what ever happened to performances for most of the game so what he scored a lucky Fuching equaliser but to be on for 15-20 min it’s a joke !’ Iborra was far better MOTM !!

Nacho, i dont think we have seen enough of him and he needs time. Still have high hopes on this one

But he deserves some criticism for that particular moment. It was shit from from him to not pass it for Vardy first time. Like really crap. I was angry at him. But Stoke had their chances too and we missed too much to really pretend to a deserved win. I won't single out any player.
davieG Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 We could have had another 3 goals if Vardy was on his game.

justfoxes Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Really hoping Puel will sort out this squad find what we’re lacking ship out some and bring in some class in January ??? ? We should maybe give Iheanacho game time with the u23’s to give him game time see it that can give him the game time to bring him up to speed !!

Speaking of, if Maguire is going to play CB in Puel's system, I am nervous he is going to be wasted, would rather see Dragovic at CB and Maguire moved out wide, at least that would allow some runs, he didn't seem to participate in the attack today much (header notwithstanding, I mean more the runs he makes), and we really could've used him late. At a minimum he should switch with Fuchs at times to make the odd run, otherwise he isn't being maximized.
Fleet Street Fox Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Don't forget Morgan's great blocks. Not all defenders were off the ball today. We need a Simpson Morgan Huth Chilwell back four soonest
Dawko Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Ndidi won't play once Silva gets into the team after Xmas

purpleronnie Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Well I missed the game, and this thread is confusing. Some say really unlucky some saw really lucky. Were you all watching the same game?

lifted*fox Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Fuchs - done, no composure and gets done far too easily now. King - please ffs, Silva can't come quick enough. If Iborra is ****ed and we're back to King starting then it's downhill from here. Iheanacho - what exactly is the point in bringing him on at the moment? doesn't add anything. Overall not a bad game but we became worse as the game went on as the quality of our substitutions isn't good enough. I thought we attacked well but look poor in defense - without Kasper we'd have lost that. It should have been Slimani coming on for Okazaki - Iheanacho doesn't give us anything up front to make the ball stick to - it just keeps coming back. Oh well, a point away is a point away and it certainly wasn't a boring game. Still, 2 points dropped IMO.
UPinCarolina Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Just now, Dawko said: Ndidi won't play once Silva gets into the team after Xmas Bullshit. We’ll play a 3-5-2 gray-iborra—ndidi-silva-mahrez

We need to get stronger when we substitute, not weaker, and we clearly got much weaker when he came on. Slimani needs a shot if that is all Iheanacho can bring.
Tielemans63 Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Great to see Mahrez back on song. Vardy was excellent. Iborra looked very solid. Gray was excellent first half. Plenty to be positive about.
