foxoffderby Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Ibora was class today. Fuchs and Maguire need to sort themselves out at the back. Fuchs had his worse game in a city shirt I thought both his passing positional sense and defending cost us. The game should of been wrapped up in the 1st half. Oh well we move on

deejdeej Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Performance was really positive for 70 odd minutes. Dropped off a bit after Iborra went off but a point away I'm more than happy with.
dayday Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Should of won, I never get why we don’t put somebody on the post for corners
Brooksy Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Mahrez should have squared for Vardy at 1-0. **** knows what he was playing at. Our defence is absolutely shite.
Tuna Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 6 games unbeaten in all comps...we look great to watch, finally, and look good going forward but clearly needed to be more clinical. Iborra going off was a big blow. Thought Ndidi looked great and Iborra is becoming an important part of the spine. Kasper clearly saved us today and although we had many chances, Stoke had 2 clear cut ones that one goes in in the first half it's a different game. Probably a fair result in the end. I thought Big Wes was finished but he's proving me wrong, he looks as steady as a rock. Maguire and Fuchs the disappointments today. Puzzled by Iheanacho, just don't see what he brings to the team at the moment. We should be quite a team when Silva is added to the squad.

AyewJoking Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Frustrating but when your defence lets you down... Will take a point but if we had some discipline then we'd have won.
Redouane Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 at Nacho hate. I remember so many from this thread praising him as the messiah a couple of months ago. Decent performance, many lost chances. Hopefully we can invest in a fallback in the January, and perhaps Ben Arfa
The Doctor Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Crouch man of the match joke - Iborra was far and away the best player out there

justfoxes Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Fuching done over again at the wanna be mancs down to a bit of dodgy defending and a goal from a lanky has been Fuching Cnut of a bean pole Fuching asshole willy puller Fuching Cnut Crouch !! feels like a loss I blame Andy King the fucher !! ???? Did seem to be a bit less organised and forward thinking when we lost Iborra he’s a class player and really can’t wait to see him and Silva together when we can get him playing in January !!
Jonezy Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 We won the stats war away from home! Impressed with that, well apart from our dodgy defending at times. Feel like we should have won that and were the best team, and then we still need Schmeichel at the very last second. Crouch looks so skinny; can't he just be pushed around a bit. Can't believe that a 36 old targetman can cause us so much trouble. I see glimpses in Nacho; really hope we can get him up and running soon, but right now he just seems wasteful and with a bad habit of giving away dangerous freekicks. I like the Puel way. best we have played in a long time. Happy days!
UniFox21 Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Positive performance, we played well, just unlucky not to be more clinical and to slip up at the back a few times. We have a good core to the side, just need a bit of work and we should be doing fine
Guest Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 good game. best we've looked for a while. Kasper back to top form. Gray MOTM. Iborra great. a point away to a mid table team is a good result for our 8th place finish but we should have put that game away in the first half. We really miss Huth when it comes to big attackers.

lancyclaret Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Good result for the neutral - Leicester will finish above Stoke. Foxes 9th/10th; Potters 14th/15th. Maguire looking a bit shaky but better this season than Keane.
tsintskaro Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 fuchs and magguire worst, same as ndidi kasper, gray motm kelechi another shitty transfer
vanity Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 We resorted back to lump it fwd when Iborra went out. Ndidi just doesn't have confidence on the ball, always going laterally or backwards, we cannot get the ball forward in a controlled fashion without Iborra, who was still limping after the game, but at least we have the international break for him to heal up. But we are perilously thin in the midfield though. If we'd had Mendy, or Silva, maybe even Chilwell, or if Gray had still been on, we'd have been able to keep our style of the 1H to some extent. We would have players who could make runs forward and pass off. But bc of injuries, we just ran out of players who are useful in possession. I think we have to say that, for now, Iheanacho isn't at a level where he can be effective. Slimani has to play ahead of him. Slim would've brought that poor posture energy, he makes good runs, those hunchy scrambles can keep up with Vardy's runs. Granted, he misses too many, but he would've brought a different threat to the box, would've allowed our crosses to be more dangerous, and he has a better sense for when to make a run than Nacho. Iheanacho really does nothing, he can make the odd pass, but he is just so slow... that break Vardy had where he was waiting for Iheanacho to catch up, Nacho is lagging behind despite the fact that Vardy is dribbling and avoiding the two players bracketing him. Just awful I though, though perhaps he had a bad angle? IDK, just seemed to be running in sand. Gotta say, Leicester has become one of the most reliable "good game to watch" teams in the Prem.
Slim Dog Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 Crouch is basically a cheat code. You could see it from a mile off.

Mainly because you took the lead twice meaning Stoke had to come out and attack using their no so secret weapon from the bench! You guys looked good on break with the pace outwide. Draw was probably fair in the end. Stoke had their chance no doubt about that. Don't forget new system, new manager, the team will need time to adapt. But it really is a recurring problem in our defense.
st albans fox Posted 4 November 2017 Posted 4 November 2017 No worries - it’s not like the next game is tough ............

We looked comfortable throughout. If anyone deserved to win, it was us. Which is decent for the Away team. You’ve hit the nail squarely on the head, in total agreement
