Asa matter of interest, have you ever been whelmed by anything the club does?

Whenever I see your name on a thread I anticipate a negative comment and your rarely let me down.

I shall try to live up to your expectations, bless you.

Triple announcement, Sisto and Silva and Diabetes :)

The last thing Adrien Silva needs is diabetes after the 6 months he's had!

Not good enough for a club that's supposedly got aspirations to be a top six club. Completly underwhelmed.

The ink is barely dry on his contract and already you're writing him off?

Really?

Just an opinion based on nearly all of this clubs signings over the last 12months. I will be more than happy if I am wrong ( I usually am ):D

No of course not. But Then again I hadn't seen Musa or Simani play either but the recruiting team had seen them pair play. I rest my case.

I remember trying to find this bloke on football manager having heard good things but he wasn't there.

Mind you, spectrum didn' have the same resources in them days and come to think of it, he might not have been born.

(Never heard of him, excited and disillusioned in unequal measures)

Do you live in a box? Musa and Slimani were already established (cough) first team players in top (cough) leagues. This lad has literally called out of the sky.... and Puel likes him. So I guess your case has yet to be laid to rest.

With respect, for someone who has now admitted to being usually wrong, you appear not to learn from this.

Our signings over last two seasons.......

Slimani

Musa

Ndidi

Mendy

Kapustka

Zieler

Hernandez

Iheanacho

Silva

Iborra

Maguire

Dragovic

Jakupovic

Hughes

I would say the following have been a "success"....

Ndidi

Iborra

Maguire

The following are either "for the future" or need more time.......

Iheanacho

Silva

Hughes

I would say Dragovic and Jakupovic have not really been failures, they were signed for back up and Dragovic actually looks pretty decent.  I would not personally call SLim a "failure" but I admit it was a lot of money.

I would say the following have not worked out......

Musa

Mendy

Kapustka

Zieler

Hernandez

Not the best but you do yourself a disservice saying "nearly all of this clubs signings" because, factually, that just is not true.  At most 5 are "out and out failures" which is, by definition, not "nearly all".  Also, I imagine a hit rate of somewhere around 40% (if Iheanacho, Silva and Hughes work out) is probably about the norm if you compared with the rest of the league.  I know you see the worst but other clubs are exactly the same, we are just less focused on them.  Also, and I ask this honestly, do you get any joy from football?  Getting a bit excited by new signings is part of the fun is it not?  If they turn out sh1t then so what?  For every Musa there is a Mahrez.  I don't know, I just think there is a very fine line between being a realist and just being a bit negative and I think sometimes those people who hover close to that line can't see how close they are too it at times.

Anyway, let's hope he is a good one.  Come on you Foxes.

And even with Mendy he has been injured the whole time. We still dont really know how that would have panned out if he had remained fit

To have an opinion on a player you haven't even seen play yet makes you nothing short of a joke.

Not much to go on really but the final finish is neat. Watching non-full screen - 0:26 has 'Schluppmeister' written all over it

Nothing to learn. this is not a classroom, it's a site where you can have your own opinion. If we all kissed each other bottoms it would make for a very dull site, With respect, I thought you of all people would understand that?
