I reckon being a top 20/20 cricketer must be the best job you can get. Earning a packet  playing cricket in the sunshine in all the different tournaments across the world. You'd never see a winter.

Mine is pretty good tbh. I get paid well to give money to organisations and start ups that have market based ideas to help improve financial inclusion for the majority. That and developing a policy unit within Govt. to promote financial inclusion. And I have travelled all over doing similar work.

 

 

Or whatever man of leisure CF does to allow him to always be on holiday.

Play the best courses in the world in the best weather and get paid £1m per tournament just for showing up. 

A team around you to do everything, sponsors pampering you, best hotels, private jets and get paid to play a game for a living.

Some top YouTube stars (although most are quite irritating) get paid millions to generally piss around having fun. That can't be a bad way to make a living

But you'd have to play and watch cricket all the time, so that makes it one of the worst.

Sport scientist/strength and conditioning coach is up there, I love my job and it never feels like work. The pays not greatest but I wouldn't change it for the world.

I so nearly became one.I was actually scouted , when I lived in Mexico...

Plus 2 ex-kickers, Tried to persuade me.    Kick in USA, live in Mexico...

I took on 3-4 a local practice sessions, where the various profi clubs send their scouts.

Got introduced to interested parties.unfortunately I realised Myself  my kicking foot wouldnt,

Last a full season, even has 2nd 3rd kicker (also good money).I was still fit, but leg/knee kept blowing up.

I took a few more sessions, they offered medical support but I couldnt see it happening, because of

Knee. I landed 5/6 -6/6 kicks everytime, but needed.Breaks over long periods.

Funny thing is, at the time I didnt get that excited or really serious...and let it drift...> idiot <  I am...

Every so often still get invited to 'travel writer' meet ups and conferences and it's loads of dead-eyed 'digital nomads' talking about themselves and their shit blog nobody reads. Wankers.

If we were speaking historically, my ideal job would have been a Victorian era plant collector - I just love the idea of travelling to remote places and being paid for it.
