Siren Cold-blooded porter at the earl of Essex near old st / angel tube, alright but not a patch on the Broken Dream stout they do which is a different level

Krombacher Weizen -alcohol free on Queens Rd Saturday night. Don't no what's going on in my life that I'm now drinking alcohol free beer but it was decent.

I know the Notts v Leicester thing has been done to death, but Saturday was mad. 

 

Everywhere I went in Nottingham was rammed from 5pm onwards. Got the last train back to Leicester and it's dead apart from the top of high street.

Drinking my first ever pint of Guinness at the moment. I'm a proper lager lout so never tried it. It was my grandad's drink of choice and he sadly passed yesterday so thought I'd try one. Completely inoffensive, probably wont have many more but I'm not scared of it anymore.

If you’re bothered about comparing, try Original as opposed to Draught. Better IMO. And sorry for your loss.

Just looked at how much those torps cost and that’s pretty good value if you take the average price of a pint in a pub as being £3.80/90ish, £4 in some pubs. Might get one.

Yeah I'd recommend them, I think I worked my latest order out to be £1.50 a pint or something like that? And it does taste like proper pub beer.

Been in the new Thornbridge pub in Leeds tonight, The Banker's Cat, for a few pints of Jaipur. Very tidy.

I used to go in there a fair bit when I lived in Notts but yeah I recon TTL is better.
