We're going to Guiseley so will struggle getting to loads of these but looks like I'll have to visit more often based solely on the watering holes. Shite that it takes about  an hour between 2 of the biggest cities in the country for a c. 40 mile journey.

Haha I was in Guiseley today. Did you stop off for one in The Station? Lost didn’t they today?

listen did you enjoy the leeds OR WHAT

Oh yeah was class. Whitelock's is fantastic boozer, couldn't get into Aire's and disappointingly the rugby was on everywhere. Watched the football in a rough pub near the station and bloke with no teeth got the right arse because I was in the way of the screen (whilst he was sat down) lol

Pint of Kirkstall Jasper in the Brudenell to accompany the footy. Nice pint.

Loving the Kirkstall Brewery beers atm. Gonna try and get down the previously mentioned Cardigan Arms for one at some point.

Cardigan Arms is glorious now mate, was an absolute shitheap when I lived in Burley. Really wanna check out their new taproom when I'm next up, looks the bollocks.

Probably my favourite brewery in the country.

Theakston's Old Peculiar. Don't see it that often. Found some in The Beerhouse, Mkt Harborough. Gorgeous. Shame it won't be there for long as they rotate their beers regularly.

Does anyone own, or have experience of, these beer taps that you can get that hold kegs?

They look good but not sure if it's a bit of a gimmick. It seems like you only get about 4-5 pints from them with the first one being mostly head.

My head tells me they are a waste of money but something keeps tempting me...

If you’re on about the perfect draft then yeah I’ve heard the novelty runs out pretty fast. The kegs hold about 10.5 pints and they’re about 30 sheets a go. Bear in mind the system is about £280 on its own you may as well just go the pub.

I have heard they do pull a good pint though!

Had a boring pint in the Keans Head then went the Canalhouse for a nice porter from Saltaire, then up the Sir John for that sweet Tuck I crave.

Back to the city of angels tomorrow to park up in the QRT, ale wagon and two tailed lion, the true GOATS

Are you talking about the mini-kegs they sell with the built in taps, or like a kegerator system that people have to dispense draught beer at home?

Waiting for a delivery of Strawberry Skies from a place in Loughborough. Had half of this in Tonne a few months ago and I can’t stop thinking about it.

The best sour I’ve ever had.

Belching Beaver peanut butter milk stout. Could have drank about 6.
