Props to people who have it black that’s an extreme I’m not willing to go to.

Voted for black tea lol

Maybe I'm traditional but we don't mess with our tea. I ain't adding any other liquid to the tea or (imo) you can't call it tea anymore.

whenever someone asks me this, I point them to Doc Brown :D. Love this.

Also, #1.

Put kettle on.
Put teabag in (the mug/cup, not the kettle).
Pour hot water in.
Let it sit and brew for a couple mins.
Take teabag out.
Bit of milk in.

one sugar in.

Stir.

Done.

No sugar, used to have 2.5 sugars in my tea but then had a stand off with a woman I worked with who used to always use "my" sugar but never brought any. So I refused to buy it and so did she. Couldn't go back to even a smidgen of sugar in tea now.

I haven't had sugar in my tea since I was a teen. Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole now.

Yeah, I used to have two sugars. Always wanted to drop it though. So I dropped to one and then eventually no sugar. If someone made me tea with sugar in now it's too sweet for me.

You should've just replaced sugar with salt. That would've taught her.
