The same humour that has been recycle time and time again by anti-puel posters, hence my assumption. The goal against spurs shows exactly what we need. The sideways passing is needed to play a possession based game. If you can’t get through on one wing switch it and find space on the other. The problem is mendy and Ndidi don’t have that incisive pass that Tielemans has. Perfectly weighted for riccy to play the cross. You can almost gauruntee had that been ndidi or mendy the pass either wouldn’t have happened or would have gone straight out for a goal kick.
